Apparently, per TCF, the policy that allows unifored LEOs to carry does NOT apply to plainclothes. I’m just not going to patronize TCF. I’m worried about bad guys, not coos, because criminals don’t give a damn about TCF’s policy.

F a bunch of their crocodile 'apologies'.
Make no mistake: these marxist bastards and their ilk would, given half a chance, destroy our Constitution and all it stands for.

Apparently a shift manager misunderstood or miscommunicated the policy about law enforcement having service weapons on the premises. I didn't read the linked article and don't need to. I call total BS. The shift manager is a snowflake or is black...or both...and made the decision to throw his weight around. Now his bosses have to cover their arses. But it's Washington state so what else is to be expected?

Too little too late. But, tacoma................. They’re just so, so, what’s the word......progressive. Yeah that’s it. So, if a ‘situation’ were to occur at this location requiring police intervention, will the manager tell the responders they must leave their weapons outside? Even if the perpetrator of the ‘situation’ is armed? Lucky for the snowflakes there are those out in the world who are willing to place themselves in harms way to help prevent snowflakes melting. Idiots.

Apparently a shift manager misunderstood or miscommunicated the policy about law enforcement having service weapons on the premises. Nah, that's pretty much bovine excretion.
If you read the bluelivesmatter post (linked in this thread, which precedes this ersatz apology, the corporate first response was boilerplate liberal "we're sorry for saying what we really mean and then getting caught at it":
" To the extent that there was a miscommunication of our policy, we sincerely apologize.

The problem not only were the officers turned away. The character of leaders you are choosing to manage your stores is a bigger problem. Thats a failure on your part.
Until you fix that problem . . . your apology is meaningless.
