President Barack Obama said in an interview published Wednesday that reparations payments for black Americans could be a good idea but simply aren’t politically feasible.
Speaking with The Atlantic’s Ta-Nehisi Coates, Obama said that it’s easy to make an argument for reparations for black Americans because of past sins like slavery and Jim Crow laws.

A report released by the United Nations’ Working Group of Experts on African Descent accused the U.S. of having a racist history. The country’s history of slavery and current police shootings, the report argued, meant that America owes the black community reparations.

Between Obamacare and $20 Trillion in debt, I’d say we can close the chapter on reparations.
That was perfect. It’s whites that are due reparations.
The best way to pay back the slaves of yesteryear is to stop slavery now. No more illegal aliens who are the new “slaves” or indentured, unprotected workers with few rights.

- the group that sold people into slavery (the Muslims)
- the group that brought them here (the British)
- and the group that fought to keep them enslaved (the Democrats).

How much are the Union soldiers families owed that were killed, including my GGGG-Grandfather who just happened to be from NC. The first thing I thought of when Colon Crapperdick started his crap was, didn’t he realize if that flag had not flown after the Battle at Gettysburg, his ass wouldn’t be playing football. They appreciate nothing and are never satisfied.

My great-great grandfather was a Rebel in the War of
Northern Aggression. - HE owned NO SLAVES. (It was NOT a
war to do anything but bully the South back into the Union
for economic reasons.)
LINCOLN did not have to have that war. Modern inventions
were coming not long into the future that would have “freed”
the slaves without all the BLOODSHED. And there WAS blood
shed by BOTH sides. My family did not worship at the altar
of Lincoln like ya’ll do. (He pulled some illegal and
brutal stuff in order to “keep the Union”.)
THE SOUTH HAD A LEGAL RIGHT TO REMOVE ITSELF FROM THE
“UNION”. - Before you go getting all uppity; my father was
a combat veteran of WWII in N. Africa, Italy & Germany. -
Lincoln’s motives had a lot to do with the almighty dollar
and the use of the South for gain.
WE have also paid through our noses for “reparations” to
blacks with our blood, sweat and tears in taxes. (Oh,
another thing, plenty of you Northerners “owned” blacks,
too.)
Actually reparations might work out cheap. Think about it, the Federal Government is printing eleventy gazillion dollars a week, what’s another couple of billion here or there?
So you mandate, say 10 billion dollars, chump change for the government budget, in reparations to be divided among all people who claim to be of African-American origin, anyone who wants it gets it. The checks get handed over in great ceremonies, speeches are made, the great reconciliation is achieved.
Then that’s it.
It’s over, everyone in America is quits, all debts from the past are paid off, no one has a greater claim against anyone else based on ethnicity. You are on your own now, you don’t get to play the oppressed minority any longer, you’ve taken the money, you’ve been paid off.
No more race guilt trips, no more propaganda and indoctrination in schools, no more bleeding hearts on the nightly news about disadvantage and racism, no more dragging up the past. It’s all been paid off, we are all starting with a clean sheet.
If you are a deadbeat on welfare, if you are living in squalor while others around you are doing better, if you choose a life of crime and drugs, it’s your choice, you have made that decision, you can’t blame history or society, everyone’s equal now and you have made your own lousy decisions and the rest of us can safely ignore you and feel no guilt whatsoever.
Cheap at the price I say.
Obama can pay out as his only tie to American slavery is through his slave master descendant mother. And maybe his father sold fellow Africans into slavery.
The federal reserve has been giving them money for years. Obama who is a Fed reserve puppet knows this.
