President Barack Obama said in an interview published Wednesday that reparations payments for black Americans could be a good idea but simply aren’t politically feasible.
Speaking with The Atlantic’s Ta-Nehisi Coates, Obama said that it’s easy to make an argument for reparations for black Americans because of past sins like slavery and Jim Crow laws.

A report released by the United Nations’ Working Group of Experts on African Descent accused the U.S. of having a racist history. The country’s history of slavery and current police shootings, the report argued, meant that America owes the black community reparations.

How come no one talks about the abject poverty, disease, civil wars, and military dictators in Africa? This is the same UN that chowed down popcorn during the Rwanda massacre and other acts of genocide that has plagued Africa since it broke away from the supercontinent.

He would NEVER give American Blacks a thin dime, he doesn’t really give cheet about them. He is selfish and self-centered.
Keep in mind Obama is half white, so that half would have to pay. And the other half is not from those Africans captured by their fellow Africans and sent off as slaves...but from those that were still in Africa who sold out their fellow Africans...so he should have to pay double. To top it off, he has joined the Democrat party, which was the pro-slavery party so he should have to pay triple. Moreover he is very prominent in the Democrat party so he should have to pay quadruple. I would point out what damage he has done to racial relations...but I am not sure what comes after quadruple...
I am half Irish so I demand reparations from the USA and UK and also from Obama for racial discrimination against me when he advocates reparations for black slaves only. Just speaking truth to power! etc.
They can have their “reparations” when they renounce their citizenship and surrender their passports in Liberia, or Ivory Coast, or any other African craphole.

I figured that was going to be Obama-Clinton’s “Hail Mary”/”October Surprise” ploy to clinch the 2016 election. At least a campaign trail ‘promise’ if not actual legislation...
What about the Irish? The Chinese? The Native Americans? I’m sorry that their great great great grandparents might have been slaves. This is 2016, and Blacks have a better advantage than Whites to get a job, go to college and advance in the company because of their Skin Color

Leftists are always blaming America for slavery, but they continue to support the Democrat Party, which was the sole driving force for the perpetuation of slavery, Jim Crow, the KKK, segregation and the “Great Society” plantation.

Funny, I would have though forbidding both Ex Post facto laws and working corruptions of blood should suffice.
No one is in arrears to former slaves.
Even if their former employers were they passed from this life without bringing suit against them and their children do not inherit Standing (why do you think there was that rash of lawsuits to recover wealth taken by the Germans in the Holocaust while actual survivors still lived?).
Of their former masters are all dead too ... where that corruption of blood is important.
Those wanting reparations because other people were once slaves can go pound sand.
This is pretty easy. Anyone with family in America in the early 1800s with DNA tested slave blood should please take out a check book and write $1000 to themselves. Because all of them have white blood.
