Trump is like dropping a fusion bomb on DC, but without the fallout.
I think Hillary Clinton was destined to lose the election more than Trump was destined to win it. Oddly enough, she probably would have beaten any other Republican nominee in 2016, though.
And that, sir, is the central question. A country without borders, without border controls, without immigration standards is not a country. Or soon will not be one.

There was a time when companies would take on a promising candidate and train them. That was back in the bad old days of loyalty, from both employer and employee.
That could still happen, but people in my business tell me that the “loyalty” issue isn’t the biggest impediment. A much bigger problem is that many prospective employees need to be trained in things that used to be considered pretty basic even for high schoolers a few decades ago. Employers aren’t going to waste their time with people who need a complete remedial education.

What character flaws and what abrasive personality? How can you judge a man you never met? Why would you say such a thing about someone you don't know? Do you believe all that you read? My goodness man, grow a pair... He is as good a man as any, if he was any better we would have to crucify him.

Personally I’m afraid that if the Democrats had chosen a better snake oil salesman (and, in particular, if they had fully embraced Bernie’s free college scam to bring out the Millenials) they still could have overrun us at the polls.
The ratio of takers to makers is still way far out of whack.

Fair question. Some folks do not feel right using the vowel O in our name for Heavenly Father. In the Hebrew, He gives His Name to Moses as YHWH, sometimes translated as Jehovah. However in the original language, the vowels are omitted and the pronunciation was not made, thus the exact vowels are unknown.
Some faithful believers persist in the practice of omitting the vowel in modern day and I just choose to honor and respect their practice.
Had hiliary won there would very soon be no United States.
I’m willing to ascribe the Electoral vote to something of God’s will in that I believe God played the pivotal role in the founding of the US.
