A years-long forensics investigation into the computer image of the long-form Hawaiian birth certificate image that Barack Obama released during a White House news conference during his first term and presented to the American people as an official government document reveals it is “fake.”
It also confirms those who were subjected to the derogatory “birther” label from many media outlets and Democrats for badgering Obama with lawsuits, petitions to the Supreme Court, and more, were right – at least in the dispute that the document was manufactured and the questions about Obama’s birth and legitimacy to be president under the Constitution’s requirements still are unanswered.

Obama had an article published in the Columbia student magazine and his name is listed in the Graduation Day program.
College transcripts don’t tell you whether a student is foreign or not, they list the student’s current address.
If Obama was registered as a foreign student, he would have needed foreign student visas from the Immigration and Naturalization Service which can be released under Freedom of Information Act requests.
Obama’s Kenyan father’s visa records were released under FOIA.

Those guilty of criminal activity and those complicit--NO MATTER WHO THEY ARE--must be prosecuted.
If Obama was indeed eligible to serve as President, all rumors and all claims to the contrary will be laid to rest once and for all. If, on the other hand, he is not, all actions of his administration will be null and void, including his Supreme Court and other judicial appointments.
This may well precipitate a Constitutional Crisis; however, if so, the Constitutional Crisis already exists, and to precipitate it will merely be to reveal it, and the sooner the nation confronts it the better.
Interesting concept. Wonder what would happen if Trump sealed his income tax returns on Jan 21st, 2017. Think some heads might explode?

Not so much. Her birth certificate looks cleaner and more pristine than his. Maybe hers is the fake one.
But look at the father's race: Hawn-Caucasian-Chinese. And the mother's "Hawn-Caucasian-Korean. I guess "Hawn" means Hawaiian.
I've been saying all along that Hawaii was different from the mainland. What was written on birth certificates probably didn't correspond to the very simple categories that the US government recognized.
And here we see proof of that. The clerk who filled out the form wrote down what the parents told her to write and didn't try to second guess them.
So if the mother told the clerk that the father was African, it's possible and likely that the clerk would have written down exactly that.
When the hospital reported the birth to the government it probably had to choose one of a number of fixed categories. But the birth certificate didn't necessarily reflect those categories.
Ya, you know more than the two forensic agencies they hired to do the investigation, sure.
