A federal judge on Monday issued a stinging rejection of a Green Party-backed request to recount paper ballots in Pennsylvania's presidential election, won by Republican Donald Trump, and scan some counties' election systems for signs of hacking.
In his 31-page decision, U.S. District Judge Paul Diamond said there were at least six grounds that required him to reject the Green Party's lawsuit, which had been opposed by Trump, the Pennsylvania Republican Party and the Pennsylvania attorney general's office.

If it’s not completed in Wisconsin....so be it. They’ll use the original count. Voters shall not be disenfranchised and the Precedence was just set by the Pa judge.

The problem is they’ll know how to hack it better the next time. It’s gonna take infiltration...People with no party affiliation willing to except lotsa money for a little bit of their life.
That decision is a 31 page can o’ whoop a$$.
Rarely is something so well written, accurate and to the point in so few words. Basically that says “F### Off”
Everything is counted and recounted. It is just not reported for reasons only known by liberals.
Diamond: Suspicion that the Pennsylvania election was hacked “borders on the irrational.” That’s being kind. It was way south of the border.
If you consider the vote totals in all States except CA. Trump wins by over 2 million votes. If you remove all votes Clinton and Trump received in Ca, Trump wins popular vote by close to 3 million votes.
You are like my brother, a non worrier.
I am somewhere in between and never trust the dems, CIA or even republicans.
I will be glad when he is sworn in.
Yay, but that 24 vote gain PROVES Putin disenfranchised two dozen whole people!!
Beauty of this is confirmation of no hacking. A few folks maybe didn’t fill in the oval correctly, but that’s to be expected from Hillary voters.
Remember, these 'recounts' in the states Stein wanted would have reduced Trumps total under the 270 IF the electors were not allowed to vote on the 19th because of the court conflicts.
Has Milwaukee reported yet?
They've recounted virtually all of Milwaukee with the exception of a couple precincts that should finish today (only about 5,000 votes so no way they could come close to impacting the totals). There is a message on the recount website about the Milwaukee absentee ballot recount not being added to the totals yet, however the Republican observers who watched the absentee recount (they are done at a central location) said nothing of note turned up, so I think it's just a matter of slow reporting.
Please post a link to the full decision, if you have it. Thanks.
I suspect you need to include the French Foreign Legion of which John F. Kerry has just become an honorary member.
Are you SURE this travesty is over????????
If not recounted by 6pm the vote gets recorded and the electors get certified anyway.
