CIA Reportedly Concludes Russian Interference Aimed To Elect Trump
NPR ^ | 12/10/2016 | Emma Bowman

U.S. intelligence officials have determined that Russia interfered with the 2016 election, specifically to help Donald Trump win the presidency, The Washington Post first reported on Friday.

In addition to hacking into Democratic organizations, Russians hacked the Republican National Committee's computer systems, according to the Post — but they did not release any information that might have been retrieved from Republican networks.

"Intelligence agencies have identified individuals with connections to the Russian government who provided WikiLeaks with thousands of hacked emails from the Democratic National Committee and others, including Hillary Clinton's campaign chairman, according to U.S. officials," the Post reports. "Those officials described the individuals as actors known to the intelligence community and part of a wider Russian operation to boost Trump and hurt Clinton's chances."

Citing anonymous officials briefed on the issue, the Post says the CIA shared its findings with senators in a closed-door briefing last week, saying it was now "quite clear" that Russia's goal was to tip the presidency in Trump's favor:

" 'It is the assessment of the intelligence community that Russia's goal here was to favor one candidate over the other, to help Trump get elected,' said a senior U.S. official briefed on an intelligence presentation made to U.S. senators. 'That's the consensus view.' "

In a previous assessment, CIA officials had thought Russians intervened with the intention of undermining Americans' electoral system, Adam Entous, one of the Post story's reporters, tells NPR's Scott Simon.

Didn’t you know that Assange’s half brother’s second cousin’s father in laws godmother’s stepson’s friend of a friend talked to someone who knows someone who is a super spy Russian hacker operative? Supposedly he can hack anything, can even change paper ballots from Trump to Hillary with his advanced hacking skills. Based on the this cozy relationship between Assange and this magical Russian super agent whose identity is not yet known, isn’t it obvious the Russians are behind the hack which stole the election from Hillary? How much more evidence do you need? Case closed.

BS. If they can't name the person, it's just gossip. It's also irrelevant and immaterial where the information came from. What is important is what the information shows-illegal activity and what could be called treason. This is a false narrative to distract from the contents of the WikiLeaks files.

Judge Napolitano said the NSA gave the info to Wiki Leaks.

It would make no sense for the Russians to want Trump, since Hillary was cooperating with what they wanted after the big donation they made to the Clinton Foundation. Also, the information could have been held for black mail purposes.

Could it be that various players in the government are at civil war with each other behind the scenes? When Trump said that Hillary conceded, and Obama and Clinton made such nice speeches, I couldn't believe my ears.

What has happened since then, is what I expected, these Alynski Acolytes will fight tooth and nail, to stay in power-by hook and crook.

I dont believe it.

And so what if it did? I would like to see the irrefutable proof that russia somehow got Trump elected.

And then I want to have them look at the foreigner Soros and all the things he did this election to influence the election for Hillary. And the other liberal billionaires who held parties and the entire US news media giving questions to Hillary beforehand, covering up her health problems and going over 90% negative coverage on Trump since the day he was the opponent candidate.

Let’s talk, libtard chumps.

They are real, but Snopes says it’s mostly false. ;-)

Even though they say,

WHAT’S TRUE: An image showing two editions of the same day’s Wall Street Journal with opposing headlines about Donald Trump’s immigration stance is real.

Colleen Schwartz, the Vice President of Communications at The Wall Street Journal, confirmed that these editions were printed at different times.

Snopes author: “Dan Evon is a Chicago-based writer and longtime truth enthusiast. His work has appeared somewhere, and he earned a degree at the University of His Choosing. His exploration of Internet truth has been supported by grants from the Facebook Drug Task Force.”

Looking forward to new National Security Advisor Michael
Flynn’s assessment of the CIA report, as well as a follow-up study by the Trump Administration.

NPR quoting the Washington Post is exactly like Hillary Clinton quoting the New York Times as the expert on political accuracy.

Why are Democrats saying Russia interferred with the presidential election?
They are concerned with the integrity of the system

IF this happens to be true - and we won’t ever really know - perhaps the dems, starting with Herself and her bathroom-closet server, should’ve exercised better caution in the area of cybersecurity.

Allowing such slipshod handling of sensitive information would’ve spilled over into a Hillary Clinton administration anyway, further compromising national security. So the moral of that story is: tighten up the COMSEC and spend a little more $$$ on encryption software.

What I find rather amusing here is how the dems had such a vaunted “army” of brilliant little data gatherers and analysts to aid their “ground game.” They forgot to lock the back door before the hackers came a-callin’.

Anyone hearing coup rumors?

Quick recap:

MSM peddles Russian meddling to the public.

Congress passes HR 6396 give executive power to investigate foreign interference in the election.

Obama announces investigation into Russian influence on election.

Here is the angle they will use to execute their coup and invalidate the election, straight from Clinton shill Robert Reich.

“The fact that the CIA has concluded that Russia intervened in the 2016 election to help Donald Trump win the presidency bears on the upcoming decision of the Electoral College about whether Donald Trump becomes our next president.

The framers of the Constitution intended that the Electoral College guard against the possibility that a foreign power influences the outcome of a presidential election. In Federalist No. 68, Alexander Hamilton wrote that a major purpose of the Electoral College was to stop the “desire in foreign powers to gain an improper ascendant in our councils.” He said that the College would “Guard against all danger of this sort … with the most provident and judicious attention” from the electors.”

The CIA report must be made public immediately, and the Electors of 2016 should take careful note.”

“What did the Russians supposedly “DO”?”

Exactly. Isn’t it interesting that the dems never squawked about the Russians openly supporting THEM throughout the Cold War. In every election, the USSR would make its endorsement of the democrat candidate.

“Judge Napolitano said the NSA gave the info to Wiki Leaks.”

This is my conclusion as well. From the sheer volume of information obtained and leaked it seems clear that there is an intelligence agency involved and I believe it to be the NSA.

Anyone with a pea-brain knows that releasing this info undermines Hillary and perhaps some in NSA decided to drop a few shoes on her head. They know that under her there would have been no national security and their mission would be severely compromised.

The fact that there is so much out there that it makes blaming the Rooskies more plausible (at first glance).

The real point is that 1) if the Rooskies CAN do it 2) they did it to Clinton’s ad hoc network and 3) obtained otherwise unobtainable classified information.

This makes her utterly disqualified for the office. Hence, this claim blows up in her face when examined. Any hearings into this matter should be dominated by this background and it should be foreground more than not. Who cares about a political organization compared to the highest office in the land?

Exactly! Do an intensive read on the CIA and one discovers it has been corrupt since its inception with massive drug smuggling at Mena, Afghanistan, you name it almost world wide.Anyone who thinks the drug smuggling from Colombia could go on without cia help is naive. CIA corruption has been basically run by the same people who are a huge crime family.
