I am sure I am not going to be able to explain it fully to you, but there are many articles about why K2 needs to be taken with D3. It has something to do with the effects of D3 and calcium being deposited exactly where we don’t want it to be: in the joints, and how K2 stops it from happening.

I may have to do the same thing. I sent an email to family and friends to let them know that a friend had given me a heads up about the special tonight and provided the link you did to the song. To be honest, I don’t recall hearing about them, though I don’t listen to radio much. My sis has a 14 yo son, so they listen in the car and/or he tells her about what he’s listening to on his phone or computer.
My sister replied all to my email that they were great and that their rendition of Hallelujah a few years ago was great. That’s another song that gives me goose bumps. I listened to that (link below) and a few of their other songs. They all have great voices individually and sound great together. Looks like Reba will be on their special tonight - she’s great!

Thank you so much for taking time. Calcium I never worried about for years because we had milk at every meal and at school. Then I started using inhalers for asthma. I truly believe they were my villian. I will read the articles you posted for sure.
