I am sure I am not going to be able to explain it fully to you, but there are many articles about why K2 needs to be taken with D3. It has something to do with the effects of D3 and calcium being deposited exactly where we don’t want it to be: in the joints, and how K2 stops it from happening.

Thank you so much for taking time. Calcium I never worried about for years because we had milk at every meal and at school. Then I started using inhalers for asthma. I truly believe they were my villian. I will read the articles you posted for sure.
