My DAILY breakfast lol !!
Made from scratch every morning when I am at home (about 5 days/week)...

Omelette has red onions, minced garlic, red pepper, green pepper, jalapeno pepper, fresh tomato, sharp cheddar, 2 eggs, ham bits. For spices I use salt, curry powder, cumin powder, cinnamon powder, sriracha seasoning.

Other pic is sauteed red potatoes with salt, curry powder & cumin powder.

Eat it with 2 whole wheat toasts.
