Omelette has red onions, minced garlic, red pepper, green pepper, jalapeno pepper, fresh tomato, sharp cheddar, 2 eggs, ham bits. For spices I use salt, curry powder, cumin powder, cinnamon powder, sriracha seasoning.
Other pic is sauteed red potatoes with salt, curry powder & cumin powder.
Eat it with 2 whole wheat toasts.

Just finished pulling KP, after a very filling breakfast I rustled up for me and my brother.
I cooked up some sliced potatoes in butter and topped them off with half a white onion. I cut an already thick sliced 3lb rack of bacon in half (crosswise) and cooked the half slices at 2-3 slices thick. Finally, I drained the bacon grease and cooked scrambled eggs in the pan’s bacon grease residue. Whole wheat toast with butter, orange juice, milk and coffee, rounded out the meal. I’m just now coming out of the food coma that followed consumption. I have a hankering for a big glass of spicy V8 vegetable juice right about now.
