take GoogleEarth, the elgible voter rolls, the actual votes cast, tax records of vacant houses and vacant lots, U.S. CENSUS ADDRESS LIST
Then, make a big spreadsheet.
There will be hots spots (anomalies) showing likely places to find voter fraud, IMHO.
Fund the research on GoFundMe.
Call it the Seth Rich Award !!

Can’t be. I took a paid “survey” assuring me for over 15 minutes that there was NO WAY fraud could happen. There’s a dem and a republican to count EVERY SINGLE vote. No possibility of tampering with the machine. All is well.
They paid me 5 bucks to tell me that a week before the election.
Who was it that put up MILLIONS to publish and distribute that survey?

Obama had said that it was unlikely that "the guy standing next to you" in line is committing voter fraud. He said nothing about the folks behind the table or in the back room.

“I thought this was less likely than getting hit by a meteor.”
If a REPUBLICAN gets his vote counted six times, THAT is less likely than getting hit by a meteor, winning the lottery and playing 18 holes of golf with a hole in one on every stroke, all in the same week!;)
