Just came across wires.... recount stopped by state appeals court!
But MAGA-trump tweets that it is in abeyance. Plus, one would think Stein would take an appeal immediately to the federal court.

Another thread is saying the Federal Court of appeals ordered the recount to continue. Crossed wires somewhere.
Mich. Court of Appeals decision would override the 6th Circuit, right?

It seems that the judge exceeded his authority when riling on a state matter

The federal ruling had to do only with moving the recount up early in time aka waived the 2 business day wait.
OK. It appears the 6th circuit ruling was upholding the early start of recounting. Stein will have to appeal to the 6th circuit now to restart from what I gather.
From the article regarding the 6th circuit ruling:
