Disqualification request based on that these two judges are on Trump’s Supreme Court appointment list and therefore have a conflict of interest in having Trump elected POTUS.
Unfortunately, it seems to me that she has an argument. If the situation were reversed, we would complain.

Her goal is to take some of Trump's electoral votes away by preventing timely recounts/certfications in at least a couple states, and take more away by threatening/bribing Trump electors to switch votes to Hillary.
Between the two approaches, it may very well work.
