Green Party drops PA case, plans to go federal

HARRISBURG, Pa. — Green Party-backed voters dropped a court case Saturday night that had sought to force a statewide recount of Pennsylvania’s Nov. 8 presidential election, won by Republican Donald Trump, in what Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein had framed as an effort to explore whether voting machines and systems had been hacked and the election result manipulated.

But later Saturday night, the party announced it’ll go to federal court instead. A statement from the lead lawyer for the recount campaign says it’ll seek an emergency federal court order for the recount. It says barriers to a recount in Pennsylvania are pervasive and the state court system isn’t equipped to address them.

A member of Reddit's The_Donald found very good evidence casting doubt on the 22000 "absentee ballots" they found in PA.

This user compared the PA final count to the count when there were 70 districts left to report.

He found that the counting of these last 70 districts caused Trump's lead to go down by 14000, while Republican senator Toomey's lead went up by 4000. That is a basically impossible result, especially considering that Trump got more total votes in the state than Toomey.

Also: In the 99.24% of districts that reported earlier, 1.3% more people voted for president than senator. But in the 250000 votes from the last 70 districts, 7.5% more people voted for senator than president. This discrepancy is unbelievable.

The Chester County (PA) Democratic Committee (CCDC) collected enough affidavits to have at least 60% of our precincts recounted. We collected over 400 affidavits in about 3 days to force this recount. An exceptional effort.

This recount is independent of the court-ordered recount that the Stein campaign cancelled. We took our affidavits directly to Voter Services, not the court system. It is being done at no cost to the petitioners. Two officers of the CCDC led this effort with strong support from our Zone Leaders and Committee Persons. It should be noted that we did this as volunteers for the Stein campaign, not for any other political party or organization. We had good support from the Stein campaign who sent two lawyers to Chester County to help us with the legal details.

It should be noted that we have paper ballots in Chester County which are counted by machine. Chester County is one of only 6 or 8 counties in Pennsylvania which vote using paper ballots.

I retweeted this to Trump. I hope they haven’t stopped watching PA because Stein supposedly dropped the recount. That’s the opening they need to pad the votes if nobody is watching. Gregg Phillips is also very good to stay on top of things. He communicates with True The Vote regularly.

Trump got about 2500-2800 votes. The gain for Clinton was the NET result after the entire 26,000 or so votes were counted.

Wouldn’t requesting and allowing federal courts deciding who really runs a States election open the door to a federal voter ID ruling if they agreed with stein that voter fraud/irregularities exist ? Since the feds are so good at killing off some states voter ID laws and the dims running in circles screaming hacking and fraud then a federal picture ID at no cost to the voter should be adopted at registration to keep the rampant fraud at bay. Aint gonna happen, but what a change that could make next election.
