HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — A Green Party-backed campaign changed its strategy to force a statewide recount of Pennsylvania's Nov. 8 presidential election, won by Republican Donald Trump, and said late Saturday night that it will seek help in the federal courts, rather than the state courts.
The announcement that it would seek an emergency federal court order on Monday for a recount came hours after it dropped a case in the state courts.
"Make no mistake — the Stein campaign will continue to fight for a statewide recount in Pennsylvania," recount campaign lawyer Jonathan Abady said in a statement issued around 11:30 p.m. "We are committed to this fight to protect the civil and voting rights of all Americans."

Do you even know what a straw man is? You claimed that by Trump talking about the "rigged election," that it caused the Rats to contest the election. That the rats would contest any election, especially one in which writers from Huffpo are publicly writing about how they checked themselves into psychiatric care on the night of the election, is bloody self-evident. Look at what they tried to do to Bush, and he never spoke about "rigged elections."
This is just a new fund raising scam for Stein at this point. Maybe she can milk another million from Soros and the other butthurt suckers out there for a federal court case that will get thrown out.
She and her attorneys know they have little to no chance of getting relief from the Federal Courts. Even an Obama judge would demand some prima facia evidence of fraud or tabulation error before ruling in her favor (she has acknowledged she has NONE). Also, the state of Pennsylvania has done nothing unconstitutional to her.
There is no justification for the Federal Courts to get involved in her case - no violation of her rights and no violations of Federal Laws in the state dealing with her.

I think Trump's statements about the system being rigged for Democrats, helped wake millions of Americans to the reality of Democrat election fraud, and helped shine a huge spotlight on those cockroaches.
I think the cheating would have been much more widespread without all the sunshine Trump brought to the process.
The Dems engaged in rigging the election in the state of Nevada. We knew something was going to happen, we had more observers than we did in 2012 and they did it anyway.
I personally witnessed it as an election attorney for Trump and we are still turning over information to the Secretary of State so we never get stuck again.
Don’t think their systemic fraud was not done in other states. They merely failed to steal enough. (Yes there are limits)
