Lawsuit filed to force Florida recount
Palmer Report ^ | Dec 2, 2016 | Bill Palmer

Posted on 12/03/2016 8:52:43 PM PST by upchuck

Yesterday a federally registered nonprofit election entity launched a fundraiser to cover the court costs of a lawsuit it intended to file in the name of forcing a statewide recount in the narrowly decided state of Florida. The attorney fees were fully crowdfunded within a matter of hours. And today the attorney in question announced that he has officially filed the lawsuit in question, creating at least some possibility that a Florida recount may happen.

Florida state law prohibits any candidate from requesting a recount, meaning that third party candidate Jill Stein cannot force a recount in the state even if she pays for the costs, as she’s doing in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. But this lawsuit is aimed at getting a judge to order a Florida recount, whether republican state officials want to do it or not.

Clint Curtis, the Florida attorney who has been hired to lead the legal charge in court, announced today via his official Facebook page that the election complaint is now indeed underway in the legal arena.

Donald Trump was officially named the winner in Florida, but by a razor thin margin, and only after Hillary Clinton had appeared to bank enough of an early vote lead in the state that it would have been all but mathematically insurmountable for Trump to have come back and won. If the courts do rule that a Florida recount must take place, and if the recount reveals that Clinton did get the most votes in the state, those electoral votes would be reassigned to clinton. Similar scenarios are playing out in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania, with the fate of the election hanging in the balance.

Gwb won by a razor.

Trump appears to have won by about 25 razors.

garbage website about a garbage facebook page about another garbage website raising scam money from suckers.

https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=10154059564712724&id=623262723

no actual evidence a lawsuit was ACTUALLY filed

http://www.protectourelections.org/2016/12/03/clint-curtis-florida-recount-lawsuit-filed/

circular references between the above and the “palmerreport” whatever the hell that is.

besides those two sites each claiming the other is proof that a lawsuit was filed Friday (note, no case number, no link to a docket item, no pdf of said lawsuit), a google search, a yahoo search and a bing search show no other references on the internet.

Law Offices of Clint Curtis and Ingrid Morfa

See the google maps link up above. That qualify for a Bar complaint too?

Doesn’t matter; per Florida law, only the Secretary of State can call for a recount. The thing that DOES need to be watched, is that liberals are going to be working OVERTIME to try to change election laws in their favor, at every level, in preparation for the next election cycle.

Anybody notice what is in their parking lot -

An old school bus looking-thing, painted up with their office info & photos.

What are they doing with that? Are they some kind of immigration lawyers?

Need something to haul a bunch of clients around in, en masse perhaps?

Or maybe even shuttling people to election polling places?

If they do a recount, I hope they compare the voter rolls with CITIZENSHIP rolls and Florida obituary records!!

Trump won FL by more than 115,000 votes.

That’s a very healthy margin.

The moonbats are nuts.

Looks like CLINTON and SOROS want a shooting war - no other outcome if they get their way in freezing 200+ years of American presidential elections. Elevating CLINTON as the winner somehow? This is an insane thought that would only result in full-scale Civil War. This would leave OBAMA in office by default if the election is nullified?
