Madison Green Party candidate Jill Stein will not appeal a judge's rejection of her lawsuit to force a hand recount of nearly 3 million presidential ballots in Wisconsin, clearing the way for machines to be used in the statewide effort beginning Thursday.
Also Wednesday, Stein filed another recount petition in Michigan and the Republican Party of Wisconsin filed a federal elections complaint against both Stein and Democrat Hillary Clinton. The complaint alleges that Stein who received only a small share of the vote is improperly fundraising to pay for a recount that primarily benefits Clinton, the second-place finisher behind GOP President-elect Donald Trump.
The fund raising amounts to improper coordination between the two campaigns, the complaint to the Federal Elections Commission alleges.

The FEC has ceased to care much about election fairness it would seem.
This law suit has merit and will prevail.
Ed Klein: The Real Reason Hillary Asked for a Recount

You can feel the enthusiasm for the recounts has lost its steam.
She actually making her side angry.
That's the perfect attitude for a regulator, bravely handling the easy stuff but throwing its hands up in the air like a blackjack dealer leaving the table when one of those pesky "controversial matters" comes up. Can't we just wish away the hard stuff? Why does everybody expect us to be the ones to deal with those hundreds of leather bound volumes of "laws" and "regulations" and "previous cases" and that crap?
Do you believe Klein’s explanation? I don’t for a New York minute. There is something deeper at work, though we may never learn the truth of it if it fails to take shape as intended.
It has merit.
It is questionable if it will prevail.
Thanks. It is not about prevailing. It is about American’s healthcare. I never assume the system is rational. It never has been rational.
Coming into the courtroom where Sotomayor, J., will deliver the opinion of the majority, the three women on the Court all wear pink "I'm With Her" buttons.
"In conclusion, we think that denying the first woman President her office would lack any rational basis whatsoever. So ordered."
That sounds reasoned to us.
This nation is turning to the age of sanity, but I’m not sure we’re there yet.
That way she keeps the money. lol.
In my courts, if you file a non meritorious claim with no standing— The bailiff will escort your skinny ass to a very bad place and poor cuisine.

Love it! Bravo.
Thanks Molly. Rarely are we given forum to speak. This is site blessed by God. It will be taken from us if we do not fight hard. We are in a War. It is a peaceful War now and I pray every day that it will stay that way — but these communists shall not prevail— in the court room or the battlefield. We must stand up.
Agreed. We must stand up.....and DIG OUR HEELS IN. I’m a Patton lover and believe in winning.
Is the author related to Witch 2.0?
Stein said she wanted these recounts to ensure the integrity of the elections.
Wouldn’t it have made sense to do it in the most populous states such as CA and NY?
