I think it was rude of Trump, before he was even sworn in, to barge in on Obama’s negotiations to keep these jobs in America. Obama was just pacing himself.

I think here in Texas we have a hot line for companies to call if they get trapped by some pointy-nosed millennial in some regulatory position. Call the hot-line and stuff gets done.
I’m sure that doesn’t exist with Obama, and likely never existed before Obama. Trump may have just promised to use the Texas model. If so, things are looking up, WAY UP!
