Earlier in this presidential election cycle, Mika Brzezinski was a big Elizabeth Warren booster, repeatedly urging her to throw her hat into the ring. So it was nothing short of stunning to see Brzezinski go on a blistering attack against Warren on today’s Morning Joe.
The segment began with a clip of Warren in essence declaring war on Republicans, claiming Dems had won more presidential and senatorial votes, and that they weren’t intending to “whimper, whine or grovel.” Wondered Mika: “do you lead with anger? . . I am getting tired of this act.” “There’s an anger there that was shrill . . . unmeasured and almost unhinged. It’s not going to work.”

The two most popular and effective ADD ON’S for FIREFOX are ADBLOCK PLUS and GHOSTERY.
I was a bit reluctant about GHOSTERY’s ‘notification process where it had posted a list of what it blocked and left it visible on the lower right hand corner, but after using it a while, it turns out that the program is adaptive. It went from detailed info to just having a circle with the number of ‘trackers’ it had stopped. Now, it displays that circle/number, but it disappears after a few seconds. Nice program.
P.S. I didn’t make this clear, but I use ADBLOCK PLUS and GHOSTERY. Between the two of them, 99% of the CRAP is stopped.

So we don't live in a bubble. For many of us, FR is our primary go-to site for news, and I for one appreciate seeing what is going on on the other side. It's real, it's out there, and we need to know about it.
The nice thing about seeing these articles and opinions on FR is that we can see the comments of Freepers about them and add our own -- which is much better than having to learn about this stuff by actually sitting through Morning Joe or going to the Washington Post and NYT websites. (Which I don't really have the stomach for.)
I wish Freepers would comment on the posts themselves, and not go after the posters themselves. I am so sick of the complaining and personal attacks on Freepers who post these articles.
If you don't want to see them, then just don't click on them.
