The Wisconsin vote in the presidential election is undergoing a recount. Green Party candidate Jill Stein, who requested the Wisconsin recount, also has raised funds for a recount in Pennsylvania and is seeking more funds for one in Michigan and possibly other states. Could the recounts possibly change the outcome in any of the states? Not if they go anything like statewide recounts over the last 16 years.
Recounts typically don’t swing enough votes to change the winner. Out of 4,687 statewide general elections between 2000 and 2015, just 27 were followed by recounts, according to data compiled by FairVote, a nonpartisan group that researches elections and promotes electoral reform. Just three of those 27 recounts resulted in a change in the outcome, all leading to wins for Democrats: Al Franken’s win in Minnesota’s 2008 U.S. Senate race, Thomas M. Salmon’s win in Vermont’s 2006 auditor election and Christine Gregoire’s win in Washington’s 2004 gubernatorial race.

For the left it's a MinMax solution. They lost but if they can motivate their base and delegitimize Trump maybe they can convert the anger into serious opposition to a supreme court appointment or something else beneficial to their cause.
The last time the left sought to deligitimize a Republican president they had considerable success. In 2000 they were able to disrupt the transition, delay numerous presidential appointments and convince Al Qaeda that George Bush was a weak leader who would not be able to respond strongly to a major terrorist attack on US soil. The result was 9/11 and the wars that we are still fighting that resulted from the attack.
The leftist are not the "loyal opposition". They are evil. In order to regain power they are willing to do serious harm to our country.

It is bloodsport. I think, on some level, Trump understands this. Democrats never seem to have to pay the price for any of their “transgressions”. I think that Donald Trump may just understand the need to, as one of my eloquent ‘flyover country’ friends used to say, put the pork to them.
The election was likely marked by a lot of voter fraud, but that involved questionable voter registrations and felons voting illegally. There was no "fraud" in the recount process. Coleman was ahead by several hundred votes when the polls closed on Election Day and the initial ballot count was completed, but there were about 1,500 ballots that had been disqualified or contested that still had to be examined carefully before a final determination could be made about their status. Most of those ballots were counted as legitimate votes, and that's what put Franken over the top.
There are no "new ballots" found in closets or car trunks after Election Day that end up getting included in a recount. That's a silly myth that has been posted here repeatedly on FR over the last few days.

306-232 is not an electoral landslide by any stretch of the imagination. Trump won, clearly, but let’s not get carried away.
An electoral landslide requires at least 400 EVs, if not more, and near 40 states, Trump won 30 states. People throw around the term “landslide” with greater and greater frequency. Obama never had a landslide for instance but the media would of the say he did.

FYI I found mention from a WI site that there are about 730 rejected provisionals in WI. No county specificity mentioned.
