There is no reason in the world why they could not have started the process of petitioning the Courts in MI and PA before the weekend. They haven't filed in either state, and they don't even promise the money raised will be used for the recount effort. Why not?

I am guessing they are stalling deliberately on all of it. Somehow they think waiting will cause Trump to lose or something, if the recounts cannot be completed on time.

Yes we did a recount and just completed it. In fact it was just announced that Michigan did indeed choose Trump. Supposed to be certified on Monday officially.

It seems to me as if Stein has no standing to request this recount, since she has NO chance of winning as a result of it.

Unfortunately, the rules in Wisconsin allow any presidential nominee who ran in that state, to seek a recount, regardless of how many votes they received.
