Think Carter, Clinton, and Obama judges.
.
I believe there were several electoral votes disallowed in the 1872 election because they were cast for candidate Horace Greeley, who had lost the election to Ulysses Grant but died anyway after Election Day and before the Electoral College vote. Most of his electors voted for other Democratic candidates, but three of them cast votes for Greeley and Congress nullified them.
We think Jill may “commit suicide” in the near future, however. She knows a lot.
According to the 12th Amendment you need a majority of those appointed.
There are 538 electors normally. If PA, MI, and WI can’t appoint electors due to electoral theft attempts then the total number of electors is down to 492. A majority of 492 is 247. In this scenario Trump wins with 260 vs 232 for HRC.
Yet another idea. Freepers are the best.
If it goes to the House, then the Clinton machine blackmail comes into play. It may not be Hillary they choose, but they may choose a globalist compromise candidate, like Jeb! That would please $oros.
According to a poster on another thread who claims to live there, as per Michigan law, there will be NO recount there. He said it was all over the local news. Apparently, in order for a recount to happen there, the dems would have to prove fraud in every county. AND paid recounts there are not allowed by law.

It’s not a given that a recount petition will be granted. In PA, they will have to convince a court that some justification exists to expect the recount will change the outcome. I believe it is the same situation in MI. If PA doesn’t flip, WI and MI don’t matter.
Yes, if you mean Michigan.
In PA they have to convince a court that there are irregularities sufficient to believe that a recount will change the result.
im more worried about the electoral college. all hellary may need is one oddball switch voter after all of this stauling... but the house still goes GOP by a landslide in state delegations right?
I believe they have one and we don't know it yet in full.
I think you are right, now that I think about it. If all three states are voided, then its 263-232...and beyond the “faithless elector or two “ scenario
The election was held on November 2, 2004, with the initial count showing Gregoire trailing Rossi by 261 votes. However, a legally mandated machine recount reduced that lead to only 42 votes, then a hand count that was requested and funded by the state’s Democratic Party gave Gregoire a 10-vote lead.
Following a State Supreme Court ruling that allowed several hundred ballots from King County to be included, her lead was further increased to 130 votes...
Washington’s Republican leadership then filed suit, claiming that hundreds of votes, including votes by felons,[18] deceased voters,[19] and double voters,[19] were included in the canvass, but on June 6, 2005, Judge John E. Bridges ruled that the Republican party did not provide enough evidence that the disputed votes were ineligibleor for whom they were castto overturn the election.[20]
Yes, the picked WI first because it was the easiest to get a recount: all she had to do was come up with the money. In PA and MI, her petition will have to convince a court.
I know the end game is to find Hillary votes but have they thought through what will happen IF they manage to unelect Trump? I’m thinking that Washington will burn....
The state legislature has plenary power under the US Constitution to select electors. They don’t even need to hold a popular vote in the first place.
Shades of Hanging CHADS!
Hitlery stole the popular vote because of the illegal alien voters, which Obama encouraged.
