CNN viewers were in for a surprise Thursday night when about 30 minutes of pornography aired.
Boston-area viewers thought they were tuning into Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown but instead they found hardcore porn was being broadcasted.

This was a bogus report:
How could anyone tell LMAO?
This had more informed dialogue and classier people.
Pray America woke
The Trump administration should slap a billion dollar fine on CNN for airing.
Somebody must have actually tuned in and saw it on the screen.
That wasn’t porn, that was just CNN sucking up to Obama again!
I’ve known an operator or two on overnights to find some and put it in an off air monitor.
:)
Would this be the same Boston that banned the Everly
Brother’s ‘Wake Up Little Susie”?
69 replies and mine was already taken at number 6. Figures.
From the late 19th century until the mid-20th century, the nation-wide popular phrase "Banned in Boston" applied to the elite Boston Brahmins and their captive city officials who during this time took it upon themselves to "ban" anything they found (books, plays, magazines, whatever) that they found to be salacious, immoral or offensive.
Today's Bostonites probably saw this CNN porn show, kicked off their shoes, opened a bag of icing-coated pretzels, and thoroughly enjoyed themselves for the half-hour show!

the entire episode is online. the actual line is “did you take care of business down there?” “are you kidding me? i am waxed like a ballroom floor.” this is between the mom and the grandmother, not the mom and her (age of consent) teenage daughter. the mom is blonde and her date is a black dude (but the dude is still played as a passive dork). it is all around non-stop effectively imho advocating cosmo style lifestyle. the intro involves the daughter announcing that she is going to lake tahoe to become a blackjack dealer. the mother says no, but lets the grandmother step in. the grandmother says fine, on the premise that the daughter needs to find out for herself what an idiot she is. the mother says something like she will become a stripper within a month. it apparently goes on for an entire half hour (with commercials) like this. who needs sex education classes (and for that matter, cosmo) when you can watch and learn for free.
I would at least have taken “did you take care of business down there” as referring to something like maybe birth control, but apparently i am hopelessly outdated.
i took certain pejoratives related to this lifestyle out of an early draft of the response. i think this was and is the correct thing to do, not to judge too harshly. for example, the mom character indicates that the last time she has had sex was 14 months ago. i wonder what women think of this program. is it a lifestyle choice? beyond that, what is such a program doing airing at all on primetime big 3 TV with presumably a lot of teenage and pre-teen kids watching?
For contrast, just for fun, anyone recall the old TV show “Harrigan and Son”? Or if not, maybe “Dr. Kildare?” A different era, a different universe perhaps. Evidently, we all live on bizarro world now! Whatever we do, don’t ever say it can’t get any more strange than this, because if we say that, it surely will get even more strange!
ok, that was a good one, whoever dreamed it up. i’ve been punked!
maybe the time is right... for ashton kutchner... (jk)
:-)
So CNN became worth watching for a few minutes?
.
Bourdain is pornography.
.
Did any of the liberals watching even notice the change?
"...The Wolf Blitzer, Anderson Cooper and Candy Crowley scene was rather disturbing..."
How could they tell?
