I’ve read 45-50 books on the topic. The one thst has not been refutted still is Six Seconds in Dallas. The tramps arrested in the boxcar, as Bob Dylan wrote, “smoke pouring out of a boxcar door”.

Three of the six bums arrested were involved in the Watergate buglery.

BTW the motorcycle cops tape showed the shots were fired from two directions and thete were four shots not three.

My position is Kennedy abandoned those brave Cubans on the beach, he got what he deserved.

As you seem to understand (if I read your post correctly) there was no conspiracy, and year after year, the same things persist in the face of the truth.

I see we are BOTH fans of Vince Bugliosi. I have never seen a better researcher, I have been amazed at some of Vince's research and presentation of information.

At this point, the computer animation, Bugliosi's book that took 20 years to research and is the product of one of my favorite researcher, it has to be right. AND that doesn't even include the Warren Report and the millions of pages of documentation on the Kennedy assassination.

BUT

As I originally wrote, there are two sets of information in the Kennedy assassination

1 The US gov't investigations, well researched books like Reclaiming History, Dale Myers' Computer animation that clearly show one gunman fired three shots from behind. There was NO conspiracy.

But (2) is composed of witnesses for example who say things they saw and heard that indicate that #1 is not correct. I agree fully that it's hard to believe that witnesses who say one thing over ride pictures in evidence that show something different.

But a Doctor at Parkland draws the following sketch of the back of President Kennedy's head and DOZENS of witnesses agree that is what they saw too, some totally independent of the other witnesses. How could they agree unless there really was a large hole in the right posterior of JFK's head?

On the left, is the US government's version of the appearance of the rear of JFK's head. On the right is a sketch of what one Parkland Doctor says he saw.

Which is right, left or right? In a sane world, they would agree.

Fortunately there is a third set of information. It is evidence that could NOT have been altered by anyone but most importantly, it proves what happened during the shooting. Because shots were fired quicker than any bolt action rife could have fired, It also shows a conspiracy killed President Kennedy.

The Two Ways to determine the timing of the shots that were fired

At this point, I don't expect anyone to understand all of this nor believe it. It is an introduction to how to prove what happened. It proves a powerful conspiracy killed President Kennedy, there is no other possibility. It will take time before this information is understood and believed by the research community and then the public. If it was simple, you would have seen this a long time ago.

Researcher D. B. Thomas reviewed the calculations from the 1978 HSCA audio experts analysis of the Dallas Police radio recording made from the dictabelt. The HSCA hurriedly completed their review and on the last day of the hearings, the audio experts presented a summary of their findings. The HSCA presented FOUR shots.

The HSCA audio experts review analysis showed shot #3 was greater than a 50/50 probability of being valid but they just left it out, possibly in their haste. The information about shot #3 was lost until DB Thomas published his ECHO CORRELATION ANALSYS re look in 2001 in a British publication.

If you look at the table, you will see that ONE MICROPHONE had a p>0.5 for shot #3. The HSCA just presented shots #1, #2, #4 and #5 of the possible six echo patterns that were examined.

The importance of that omission is huge in proving whether the HSCA audio evidence was valid or not. Obviously the times between shots would be the same in the Zapruder film AND the audio evidence analysis if they were both valid and because shot #3 was left out, for several decades no reasonable match could be made.

That is no longer true, this information now allows the shooting mystery to be solved which finally proves a powerful conspiracy killed President Kennedy.

It also shows shot #4, the one fired at Zapruder frame 313 was fired from the grassy knoll. That shot could NOT have been fired from the TSBD as shot #5 was fired a split second later from there. That proves the dozens of witnesses who were told they heard echoes were right and the US government was wrong.

I was in 2nd grade when it happened. I remember the day and the events that followed although not with much understanding because of my age. Those around my age would be the tail end of those who have memories of the assassination. I think as those who had first hand memories age and die, JFK will recede into history like the other Presidents who were assassinated.

I had just turned three in September and remember it! (Of course I have to skip forward to fourth grade to remember anything else!)

And I only remember bits and pieces of it. I was at Mr. and Mrs. Brown’s house (real last name!). They were friends of my mom’s and would watch me once in awhile so my mom had some free time to run errands. (I was a handful back then!)

I recall Mrs. Brown and my mom being sad and crying when my mom came to pick me up, and then the rest of my family around the small TV set we had later in the day.

I’m sure the history of it all will fade in time, but the 1960’s with all of the protests, environment, civil rights and the assassinations of MLK, JFK and RFK are still being taught in Junior High and High School by the liberals as it furthers their agenda.

I remember when I was young and my dad said something about how he didn’t like JFK. I couldn’t understand how back then. Of course now I do.

Just curious-how many shots do you think were fired? And from what evidence?

Because if three shots were fired, it is entirely possible for three shots to be aimed and fired in the time between the first and third shot. Remember the first shot doesn’t need to have the bolt cycled, the clock “starts” when the trigger is pulled on the first shot.

I agree with all the pieces of evidence that point to Oswald as the lone gunman, not the least of which are things most people don’t even consider, such as why would someone, plotting to kill the president, make any noise at all leading up to the assassination, such as going to the FBI to complain about them talking to his wife? If he was acting in concert with any kind of conspiracy, why would they trust someone as unstable as he was? Same with someone like Ruby.

The point for me is, there are plenty of valid examples of why we should mistrust our government, but I don’t feel this is one of them. This is like the BLM people hanging their hat on a person like Michael Brown.

Just my opinion.
