Rules, laws, regulations only apply to Republicans and conservative. (Not always the same thing.)
Conversely, anything that pushes forward the liberal agenda is legal, moral and necessary.

A concession has no legal value.
I'm sure the Clinton people have no interest in pursuing this, since a "computer model" doesn't meet any legal standard for evidence in an election challenge.

Conceding has no legal binding.
Just more trying to delegitimize his win. I will happily welcome any honest statewide investigation into voter fraud any day in PA. Guarantee it will find at least 100k worth of votes for the D that are illegal minimal.
