Hillary Clinton is being urged by a group of prominent computer scientists and election lawyers to call for a recount in three swing states won by Donald Trump...Those states are Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, whose combined 46 electoral votes are enough to swing the result...

in all three states the deadline for requesting a recount is within the next week...
the theory here is that Russia hacked into the three states’ vote-counting systems and produced just enough votes for Trump (or destroyed enough for Mrs. Clinton) to give him the edge...we are supposed to believe that the Russians understood the politics of the Great Lakes region better than the operators of the vaunted Clinton machine did. ... preposterous on its face.

the most likely explanation is that the polls were systematically wrong, rather than that the election was hacked.

This is beyond silly... They are overlooking the obvious.. even if their numbers are right, teh 7% better outcome for Hillary where paper ballots are used is MORE LIKELY WHERE THE FRAUD HAPPENED, than in the places where electronic voting happened..
Far easier to stuff a ballot box with paper ballots and Hillary folks have shown they are good at it throughout the primaries.
You want to really investigate voter fraud, in PA please come do it.. I guarantee you’ll find likely 6 figures worth or more in Hillary’s favor.
I'm sure the Clinton people have no interest in pursuing this, since a "computer model" doesn't meet any legal standard for evidence in an election challenge.
I don't think there is anything legally binding about a concession.
Similar to Gore's lawyers trying to overturn the election by calling for a recount in Florida, but only in heavily democratic countries. How did that work out?

Saw an article on PA voting machines before the election that says they are not connected to the internet. They can only be hacked in person by opening them up and messing with cards.
All Trump would need to do is demand verification of citizenship for all of California’s votes, and the Dems would soil themselves.
There would be another petri dish experiment in Chicago to see how many zombie voters ‘went’ to the polls. If you take out the dead, duplicate, felon, alien, and unregistered voters, Trump probably carried Illinois.
The Democrats are unquestionably the biggest vote stealers. Going by past experience, Hillary probably stole between 10 and 20 million votes. Maybe more, as the number of illegals and dead people has expanded, and Soros controls many of the voting machines.
It used to even out. Democrats stole votes in Chicago, but Republicans stole votes in rural Illinois. Democrats stole votes in NYC, but Republicans stole votes in Long Island. Democrats stole votes in Dallas, and Republicans in rural Texas. But no more. Most of the Republican vote stealers have faded away, while the Democrat gangs continue to expand.
