Tuesday on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” Trump spokeswoman Kellyanne Conway confirmed the show’s earlier report that the incoming Trump administration will not pursue charges against his general election opponent Hillary Clinton for her use of an unauthorized email server while secretary of state and on any of the alleged wrongdoing involving her and her family’s charitable organization the Clinton Foundation.
According to Conway, Clinton still faces a challenge in rebuilding her own image and suggested this was part of Trump helping the former first lady “heal."

Doubt it.
She said the administration won’t go after Hillary for emails. How about the Clinton Foundation...Hmmmmm? Also, Hillary lied to Congress, a big no-no, and they’re a separate and equal branch of government. It will be devastating to the rule of law if these grifters are not prosecuted like you-and-me would be for a lot less.
Right. Trump has never said he isn’t going to repeal Obamacare.
She did talk about the Foundation as well... and Trump is leaving that alone too.

I’m convinced Trump is just saying this now so Obama doesn’t do anything to screw up an investigation later.
Trump has outsmarted all of them - the dems, the msm, and the republipukes - for a year and a half, and WON.
It does not make sense at all for him to walk back the very positions that made him win. This particular situation is a bit different from the various lies put forward by the msm that Trump is “going establishment” (all lies of course) because Kellyann Conway is saying this. And since I seriously doubt she would say anything like this without Trump’s approval, there has got to be some strategy behind it. I heard Trump say several times at rallies that he would go after Bergdahl, Hillary, and “others”.
I am sure he will make good on his promises. He ran on a Law and Order platform. Letting criminals off the hook because they are elites is exactly what got us into this steaming cauldron of evil. Gave them free rein.
But I admit because Conway said this, I was starting to doubt.
Trump stays two steps ahead...I would not doubt if he is waiting for so much, or something so yuge he can say, "Okay...I wanted to stay with custom, but..."
I don’t think Trump needs to pursue charges. There are plenty of others taking care of her themselves.

You sure can because I've been doing a lot of that type dreaming. In one of them my neighbors quit throwing their ebt card purchased food wrappers and fast food bags on the street. And they quit burning their mattresses in their back yard too.
