I agree. He is smart and has come up the hard way. He can run an organization if he needs to. Shake up the VA or HHS. If I were Trump, I would want him meaningfully in the mix . . . so long as he is a committed team player.

Having worked for 20+ years at one of the world's most famous hospitals I have a better understanding of the worth of his experience than does the typical "civilian" (assuming you're one).Carson is experienced at running a department at Hopkins,one of the two or three finest medical schools on earth.
If he needs help with *government* bureaucracy he can hire assistants.His job would be to think the big thoughts...not deal with vacation policy.
Carson knows less than NOTHING at all about education, nor how to fix the steaming pile American education has devolved into.
