Appoint an independent counsel and stay out of it and let them decide. If she broke the law and her foundation broke the law then prosecute her, she is no better than you Laura. Letting her walk is a slap in the face to the voters who are tired of the laws for the commoners and another set for the elite scum.

Going after crooked Hillary is a feel good strategy. A smart businessman always sets priorities. Convicting Hillary and placing her azz in prison will have to wait until more urgent problems are addressed. The country has much bigger fish to fry. Such as:

1. Getting a handle on the ginormous $800,000,000,000 trade deficit EVERY YEAR. If Ford can build an ultramodern Car factory for $3 Billion, how many manufacturing jobs will $800 Billion create EVERY YEAR?

Convicting Hillary will do nothing to reduce trade deficit.

2. Millions of MIDDLE CLASS jobs are urgently needed. 94 million Americans have no jobs. This places enormous strain on budget deficits, since non-working Americans get welfare & food stamps whereas workers actually pay taxes.

Convicting Hillary will do nothing to increase jobs.

3. US Military is decimated. Now we have fewer battle ships, fewer fighter aircraft, fewer soldiers in uniform since Billy Jeff was in office. While rogue regimes such as North Korea, ISIS, Libya, Yemen, Iran, etc who hate us are getting stronger.

Convicting Hillary will do nothing to strengthen military.

4. Millions of illegals have invaded United States, and are receiving food stamps, free schools, free lunches & breakfast in schools, free hospital services, etc. More illegals are invading through the non-existing border. This is another huge drain from US Treasury, already $20,000,000,000,000 in debt. A wall is urgently needed. Violent crime committing illegals must be deported ASAP. Others must be processed to pay for illegal entry which is a violation of laws.

Convicting Hillary will do nothing to deal with illegals.

5. US infrastructure is old and crumbling. Trump is 100% right how much more modern infrastructure is in Asian countries. I have seen their airports, cruise terminals, highways, mass transportation etc first hand.

Convicting Hillary will do nothing to build infrastructure.
After these and other pressing issues are tackled, there will be plenty of time for justice with Hillary’s breaking rules in handling classified materials.

At the very least I want to learn the extent of their deceit and see laws and safeguards put in place to eliminate the possibility of it ever occuring again.

Flushing out the cockroaches and imprisoning them for their dastardly acts against our Republic would be a bonus.

The “months and months and months” will happen in camera and only when they finish will we know for sure what a crooked slime ball Hillary Clinton is. Let the investigations continue. She can’t trade her loss for a get out of jail free card - we can’t let that happen.

I appreciate that issuing JUSTICE does not interfere with addressing and immediately attacking the deficit, the budget, regulations, jobs, Obamacare, rebuilding our military, infrastructure, etc.

JUSTICE is issued by the Attorney General’s office, based on evidence of an unencumbered FBI investigation.

Also, swift JUSTICE is a virtue, or used to be, in the old America.

I am embarrassed for Laura. As if walking and chewing gum at the same time is out of fashion now, what with all this safe space business and performance based on “appearances” rather than law and order. You know what I mean?

Allow her a plea bargain, a pardon in return for her admitting guilt and her complete impoverishment, living on social security in one of those little flyover towns she despises.

Good point. She was there. She did not.

They can pull what got done with Sarah Palin and Mark Steyn. Keep the subpoenas and papers flowing. Ready to gear up whenever the Clintons threaten to get out of line. A paper-made choke collar, if you will. The process will be the punishment. If that creates a groundswell for judicial reform, all the better.

At the minimum, I want to make sure she doesn’t run for office again. And also, I think there should be a public ‘finding’ of her culpability. And I think it needs to be done in the first 100 days - they have the info, all they need is an AG with the hair to make the call. To hell with Comey.

“Certainly, if there is evidence of child pornography and child abuse, that should be investigated in order to determine criminality and likelihood of conviction.”

On TV a day or two ago, Napolitano glossed over the stuff in Weiner’s computer implying there was nothing there. I don’t believe that for a minute. 650,000 docs, and there’s “nothing”? An NYPD cop who has young children was “disgusted”, and there’s “nothing”?

I hope Weiner is meeting daily with appropriate people (Giuliani, possible Special Prosecutor?), spilling his guts, explaining embedded codes for pedophilia, etc.

“use the threat of prison time for Chelsea as leverage to get Bill and Hillary to admit publicly and in writing their crimes”

Bill and Hill don’t give a damn about Chelsea. She can go under the bus as quickly as anyone else.

People are still dying. This week was the investigator in Haiti. If she’s still causing deaths, she’s relevant.

Maybe Jeff Sessions met with Giuliani today! ;)

Every person who violates the law should be punished.

I agree with Laura, however, regarding locking up Hillary. I would prefer and announcement which lists the charges and many laws that Hillary violated in the past two decades.

Then issue a pardon from any threat of imprisonment, but fine her and the Clinton Foundation about $200 dollars. In other words, liquidate the assets of Clinton Incorporated. It might also be nice to give it back to the Haitian earthquake victims fund which is where a lot of it came from anyway.

Hillary would have to plea bargain for this deal as it would be the best bargain for her to avoid imprisonment.

Trump ran and won as an outsider. Failure to pursue Hillary on her emails and pay-to-play would undermine Trump’s other issues. Trump must demonstrate his integrity.

Is a Washington DC or New York jury really going to find her guilty and sentence her to prison?

Even prosecutors may not want to drag the case out into next year or the year after.

And you may find even people who gladly voted against her reluctant bring the case to court and even feeling sorry for the old bat when she shows up in court looking dazed, weary, and bedraggled.

_______

Latest news: Trump U case settled out of court. You see, most people just don't have an inexhaustible enthusiasm for pursuing cases like this.

The Clinton Foundation investigation is going to continue and it will be embarrassing for the Clintons, but I don’t see her going to jail for the emails.

The reality of it is because of people like this I don’t see anything legaly happening to her. I do see her getting back in politics if the little Hubbellett is elected to Congress. The daughter will bring the mother in through the back door.

You’re right on all counts, friend. I want to see Hillary pay for her crimes as much as the next person, but convicting her is not our nation’s highest priority.

President Trump has a very busy First 100 Days coming up. I’m sure he can turn his attention to the criminal Clintons when time permits.
