Make her ambassador to Upper Volta.

If she finds the place, then she deserves it.

I agree. I was a little worried about the reports about him being Commerce Secretary. He is too RINO for positions like that. But I think Ambassador to Israel for him is an excellent fit.

Fox this morning suggesting a good position for Mittens would be to revamp the Veterans Administration.

Cannot reconcile how an avowed Globalist like Mittens will advance President Trump’s Nationalist America First philosophy.

Haven’t you guys figured out yet that nobody knows anything about who is being selected, outside Trump? Ignore all these stories.

A few days ago it was Guilliani for AG. Then Cruz for AG.

They know nothing.

Right. Don’t really trust this. It would be highly unusual for a president-elect to get around to naming ambassadors to individual countries before more major appointments. It certainly might be true, but pretty outside the norm.

Yes, and no. I assume this is one of many trial balloons for various positions. If the right people approve and the wrong people are upset, then I assume it will be officially confirmed. It is unusual to name an ambassador early, but Israel is a special case, and our ambassador there matters as much as many cabinet posts.

I definitely want to see General Mattis have a big role in the Administration. Trump referenced Patton and MacArthur several times during the campaign, and “Mad Dog” Mattis is the closest thing to a reincarnation of Patton as we’ve got in this generation.

The national security team that Trump is creating around him is such that no one will bother us AT ALL, once we get past his first challenge (and that WILL come, it ALWAYS does). With people like Flynn and Mattis involved, we will utterly crush whomever it is that tries to mess with us, and it will be pretty much clear sailing thereafter...just like Reagan after Grenada. Who knows, perhaps the first challenge is a self-imposed one - crushing ISIS. If he does that well and reasonably quickly, that’ll send the necessary signal. Doing it intelligently, e.g. in cooperation with the Russians, will only reinforce the message that America is back, and is using its considerable resources in a very intelligent manner. There’s no better combination than that.

So what’s wrong with being 74? Would you rather have one of the stupid Millennials just because they’re “young?”

Neither do I. I will miss his commentary which has been very positive for Trump on Fox.

But this announcement is so early - President Trump evidently hasn’t even met with Gov. Huckabee yet!

A very good choice, if that’s the case. Huckabee is a very knowledgeable guy, and very sympathetic to Israel. FINALLY, we will be treating this friend and ally like...well...a friend and ally. It’ll also send a powerful message to the Phakestinians and other terrorist groups and nations.

I would rather hear this stuff from Trump. I don’t trust the media, and they are the ones who tried to kill Trump’s chances of becoming president. I don’t want to hear anything from them, particularly about Trump’s choices.

This comes from Brietbart. They're practically part of the campaign.

Agree - why LIEBERMAN? Why any Dem for any position in the Trump administration. ALL of them are liars and snakes.

And Trump said that nobody knows but himself who’s going to get picked, anyhow. Meetings don’t prove he’s made up his mind.

But everything we see looks like dynamite in action.

Huck’s been a strong Trump ally and a fierce defender of Israel. It’d be a solid pick.

I’m 72 and very active. My concern was whether Lieberman would ant it. I’d guess that he and Trump are friends.
