Nonsense. Trump is the host and president, Cruz is just a supplicant.

Trump is the wronger, Cruz is the wrongee. Trump fights to win, and sometimes I think he feels remorse for what he has done in order to win, especially when it was unfair, and especially when it was to a decent man like Cruz.

Cruz isn’t a great politician but he would be great on SCOTUS.

No way he becomes some squish like Souter.

I don’t see any way he is AG. Sessions should be AG, because I trust Sessions to help pick the next SCOTUS judges.

It's probably not any one thing, but I am confident some of it was an effort to mend fences. I'm sure Donald invited him, I don't see him going there without an invitation.

Probably so, but Ted Cruz is such a phony pushed on us by the uniparty/coc shills Medved Hewitt, Will, Shapiro.

We all saw it he sucks - photographic memory - best debater at Princeton - whatever. He a lying sick puppy, his own kids act if he is Kryptonite.

Things Ted Cruz is NOT

Cruz is damaged goods - stay away

Just as long as Cruz doesn’t get offered a position, unless it is as ambassador to the land of Oz or such place.

What about the position that advocates for the government before the Supreme Court? I forget the job title. Isn’t that what he for Texas?

Either way is an excellent way to mend fences with conservatives and to bolster the Trump agenda.

>> He is someone who honors and brilliantly defends the Constitution.

I totally agree.

Despite being for Cruz in the primaries, I am glad that we ended up with Trump. I think he will be a better choice as President for a number of reasons. But I think Cruz will be valuable to the Trump administration and certainly to the conservative cause. SCOTUS? Yes. Now? Maybe not. I have read some good arguments saying Cruz is not ready yet, should not be Trump’s first appointment, or is more valuable right now as a Senator.

Neither man is perfect but they both have some outstanding qualities that make me respect them as conservatives standing tall in a field of squishy politicians who only claim to be conservative..

I don’t know about other states, but here in TN the votes are recorded and certified to our Secretary of State’s office. It appears each state sends their certified results to the U.S. Library and Archives. https://www.archives.gov/federal-register/electoral-college/officials.html
