One-third of Clinton supporters say Trump election is not legitimate, poll finds

A strong majority of Americans accept Donald Trump as the winner of the presidential election last week, but a significant minority of Hillary Clinton supporters say his victory was illegitimate, according to a new Washington Post-ABC News poll. The survey was conducted immediately after Election Day as anti-Trump protests sprang up across major cities, at the end of an acidic campaign in which Trump himself said he may not accept election results if Clinton prevailed.

I’ve never seen so many people get hysterical over how their fellow countrymen voted.

It was a peaceful transfer of power, for crying out loud.

Its one of the few things that’s makes America - well America.

We don’t shed blood in the streets over political differences.

Let’s keep it that way.

One third of Hillary supporters are communists and want a communist dictatorship. Where all conservatives would be imprisoned. Or eliminated. (Commie word for killed)

“Hillary Clinton supporters say his victory was illegitimate”........

And that historically corrupt hag should have won? We will soon see who belongs in prison should a special prosecutor be appointed to investigate her past crimes.

I keep thinking back to the debate where the moderator noted that Trump thought the system was “rigged”. Paraphrasing the question: “Mr. Trump will you now say — no matter what happens on election day — will you accept whatever outcome is announced?”

Trump: “We’ll see.”

Media: OUTRAGE! OUTRAGE! So un-American! Unbelievable!!

And today, after Trump won easily, the media looks at the rioters in the streets who lost and says, “They should be taken seriously.”

The primary reason we see polls like these is (IMHO) a direct result of the fact that Clinton supporters skipped history class much too often.

Here is some help for them. They need it badly and there are times when even Freepers need to be kind to the enemy.

Here you go. A little snippet from our Constitution:

ARTICLE II

SECTION 1

The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same Term, be elected, as follows:

Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.

The Electors shall meet in their respective States, and vote by Ballot for two Persons, of whom one at least shall not be an Inhabitant of the same State with themselves. And they shall make a List of all the Persons voted for, and of the Number of Votes for each; which List they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the Seat of the Government of the United States, directed to the President of the Senate. The President of the Senate shall, in the Presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the Certificates, and the Votes shall then be counted. The Person having the greatest Number of Votes shall be the President, if such Number be a Majority of the whole Number of Electors appointed; and if there be more than one who have such Majority, and have an equal Number of Votes, then the House of Representatives shall immediately choose by Ballot one of them for President; and if no Person have a Majority, then from the five highest on the List the said House shall in like Manner choose the President. But in choosing the President, the Votes shall be taken by States, the Representatives from each State having one Vote; a quorum for this Purpose shall consist of a Member or Members from two thirds of the States, and a Majority of all the States shall be necessary to a Choice. In every Case, after the Choice of the President, the Person having the greatest Number of Votes of the Electors shall be the Vice President. But if there should remain two or more who have equal Votes, the Senate shall choose from them by Ballot the Vice-President.

The Congress may determine the Time of choosing the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States.

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

Remember the hysteria on the left when they thought Trump might not accept the outcome of the election. These people are what they project, and worse.

"We don’t shed blood in the streets over political differences. Let’s keep it that way."

With the establishment of the Purple Revolution movement by the Clintons and Soros, I think they have different plans. The want to replicate one of the color revolutions that Soros perpetrated around the world.

The following was posted by a South African woman to a SA Facebook page I’m on regarding the election and its aftermath currently playing out in the streets of America. I think this foreigner elucidates the problem quite clearly:

“Shall we help these folks with a bit of good advice - to ease the burden of the nihilistic construct of the neo-liberal mindset - (otherwise now known as ‘the Snowflake generation’ of the USA) - and this comes from no lessor mind than that of - R.C. Henry, Professor of Physics and Astronomy at Johns Hopkins University:

“A fundamental conclusion of the new physics - acknowledges that the observer creates the reality. As observers, we are personally involved with the creation of our own reality.’

In other words Snowflakes - you are creating your own mass hysteria - based on nothing more flimsy than your own thoughts. No one else is responsible for your thoughts - but you. You are creating it.

Another bit of advice from Pioneering physicist Sir James Jeans who wrote: — “The stream of knowledge is heading toward a non-mechanical reality; -—— > the universe begins to look more like a great thought than like a great machine.

Mind no longer appears to be an accidental intruder into the realm of matter, we ought rather hail it -——— > as the creator and governor of the realm of matter. Get over it, and accept the inarguable conclusion. The universe is immaterial-mental and spiritual.”

(“The Mental Universe” ; Nature 436:29,2005)”

It’s been said that one third of the people in 1776 were loyalists. Didn’t want independence.

They lost.

No she did not. I was irritated at the implicit bias in asking one candidate how he will handle defeat and not asking the other. The clear implication is either "we don't have to ask her because she's going to win" or "we don't have to ask her because she's not a nut like you". Either way you took it, it was a really disgraceful performance by Chris Wallace.
