If Donald Trump wins the election, I'll move to Canada".
It's what several celebrities said during the US election, and now that President elect Trump is taking his seat in the White House, we're about to find out if they'll make good on their promise.
Big name stars including Lena Dunham, Miley Cyrus and Amy Schumer claimed they would have to bid farewell to the US if Trump and won - but will they really do that now?
The most hotly contested US election in living memory is over and Trump will be the next President, so those A-listers must be packing their bags, right?

No they won’t. They make hollow threats.
If they have any kind of conviction, even for something as "minor" as drunk driving they are going to have trouble even getting over the border, much less immigrating. Canada has border controls and immigration laws. It sounds like the US might be getting the same thing soon.

Will they live in a So. American country? You know the countries where a lot of the illegal immigrants are leaving to come here? They’ll probably live in Canada, Australia, one of the Caribbean Isles.
What if they made like shepherds all at the same time, same mode of transportation....
