I am reading on Facebook that urban districts in PA are stating they are having a 300% increase in voter turnout from the last election, which is statistically not possible . It looks like the theft is starting....

The last election was 2015, an "off year" for local offices which usually draw 15-20% of the registered voters, max. 10% more likely.
