Please post you anecdotal turnout observations here for Florida. Include your location and how it compares to 2012.
Pasco is very... red(neck). I’ve lived in Pinellas my whole life, and we’re comfortable with our neighbors to the north. If the SHTF, invading armies would be wise to avoid Pasco and Polk counties.

Bay County here - the Panhandle is voting to MAGA!
I drove by a few polling places while taking kids to school between 7 and 8 a.m. I didn’t see huge lines wrapping around buildings, but there were lots of cars in the parking lots. So the polls are seeing steady traffic. The local elections folks tend to run the polls very efficiently, so the lines move fast and don’t back up.
Absentee and early voting was heavy, so that is probably also keeping the lines down some. (I voted early, as did most of my family. In this county we don’t have to worry about shenanigans with early/absentee ballots.)
Unofficial turnout numbers, including absentee, early, and election day so far, as of 10 a.m. CST:
70,814 total votes
18,683 (26.38%) DEM
40,858 (57.70%) REP
11,273 (15.92%) OTHER
Overall turnout: 60.01% already!
This is a very conservative area, so I would expect Trump to win handily among unaffiliated voters, and to net some Dem crossover votes also. In recent elections, this county voted 70% (give or take a few %) for the Republican presidential candidate.
Also, there was great (dare I say YUGE!) turnout when Trump did a rally here and there have been lots of Trump signs and stickers, and very few for Hillary.
Hillary and Obama kept calling out for early voting.
Following this, the Democrat Party sued the state of Florida to allow the acceptance of absentee ballots with a signature that doesn't match the one on file.
Earlier this month an elections worker in Broward filed an affidavit claiming she saw absentee ballots being filled out in a closed room. The affidavit mentions two stacks of ballots (one blank and then a second with the ballot filled out).
There was no mention of a third stack of “military faxed ballots”, from which the Supervisor claimed the ballots were being copied. The reason given was that the faxed ballots could not go through the scanner. Of course the person was fired.
Strange that throughout Florida one can go to a counties website, and see a running total of early ballots, absentee ballots, and a current running tally of voting.
In Southwest Florida, where the Dems have control of the voting process, transparency seems not to exist.
If anyone finds sites for Broward, Palm Beach, Miami-Dade, let Freepers know, so they can look at what is going on.
Land does not vote.

Voted @ 11:15 AM, moderate crowd, bigger than normal for that time of day, mood was generally upbeat, mostly older (30+) white, 3 mom’s with babies. Smooth voting, line to get paper ballot scanned was approximately 15 deep. Cars coming in and out. MAGA.

Tiny barrer island in manatee county, Never before have i stood in line here to vote, about 15 mins at 7 am .
REP lead over DEMs is over 1,400 now in Duval. That is especially good news based on Methos8 earlier post showing that, in 2012, 13k more DEMs turned out than REPs. Romney still won Duval by 14,878.

Miami-Dade and Broward lead the pack. Hillsborough is 4th.
No one wearing anything that might reflect their team. Most very subdued - it was too quiet. Not like they can play muzac in the place.
Any updates from Lee County? Their website (http://www.lee.vote/elections/) shows less than 3,500 votes cast today so far compared with 100k for both early voting and absentee voting. I am assuming their systems are just not updating very quickly.
Rep 7328 Dem 4856.....59.25% and 39.27%, respectively.

I’m not sure. I know quite a few demo who may vote Trump. I don’t think you can assume much from party affiliation this year. It’s hard to tell—metro Tampa will go Dem, but Trump may do better than expected.
Where is Pinellas County?
