I left the actual Museum alone. I know the guys there and they just wanted me to give a heads up when I left.

It is a large facility encompassing numerous back-ups and 21 floors.

I was in a different part.

We finally have cooler weather but no damp with it. We’re bone dry and will be the next week or so. Sure would be nice to see rain in the forecast.

Have you been to the museum at all? We went to the one at Talladega several years ago and it’s pretty nice. I imagine the one in Charlotte is larger and has more displays.

Yeah...this IS one of the easiest life-lessons I’ve had! LOL!

Hope you get some rain soon. Believe me, I know how depressing it is to see everything dry and crispy and just terrified it will catch on fire! We had one year with ZERO rain. Not even kidding. It was so depressing. I wanted to give up and leave! LOL!

And darn it, it started raining the next year and I’m still here! :)

Probably THE easiest life lesson there is. :-)

Farmer’s Almanac says we’re supposed to have a “very wet” winter in this section of the country and we hope they’re right. They’re usually pretty good with their predictions so we’ll see. It needs to go ahead and start!

Hubby had pizza and I had manicotti. Love that stuff. But it sure makes me sluggish. Maybe it’s because I ate it so fast.
