Fox News Channel's Bret Baier reports the latest news about the Clinton Foundation investigation from two sources inside the FBI. He reveals five important new pieces of information in these two short clips:

1. The Clinton Foundation investigation is far more expansive than anybody has reported so far and has been going on for more than a year.

2. The laptops of Clinton aides Cherryl Mills and Heather Samuelson have not been destroyed, and agents are currently combing through them. The investigation has interviewed several people twice, and plans to interview some for a third time.

I think so. Everyone on this site knows the volumes of evidence. But, we all thought that on July 5th. Bill Clinton suborned perjury. Hillary has been caught with lie after lie. Rape, suspicious deaths, perjury, pay for play, campaign finance violations, Chinese technology deals, sexual harassment, bribes, mishandling classified information, suspicious foreign uranium deals, countless testimonies where she ‘can’t recall’ ...on and on and on and... well, I have seen this movie before. DOJ won’t be able to stop it now. The information that the FBI has now will force DOJ to step aside. AG Lynch is probably now a subject of the investigation given her meeting with Bill on the tarmac. Anyone trying to stop the investigation will be charged with obstruction of justice.

FBI Agent Class, Lesson One- Let's review:
* Tape ALL interviews, even high target politicians.
* Make sure your bosses seat a Grand Jury.
* Make NO immunity deal unless you really have a hard target.
* Let a REAL prosecutor tell YOU that YOU have a case - do NOT assume that "no prosecutor will take this case". Otherwise it becomes investigative masturbation.
* Do not politicize the agency - just do your job.
* If you try to apply a statute, do not inject your own criteria into the statute. Some infractions do not require ANY criminal intent. Match the FACTS to the STATUTE.
* Take REAL evidence. Keep evidence. Do not offer to destroy evidence as part of an immunity deal.
* If the target's attorney is also a target, don't have them in the same room during interviews.
