RALEIGH, N.C. With a week to go until Election Day, Republican Donald Trump has seized control of a tight presidential race in North Carolina, according to an exclusive WRAL News poll released Tuesday.
SurveyUSA polled 659 people statewide Friday through Monday who have already cast their ballots or are likely to vote in the election and found Trump with a 51 to 44 percent lead over Democratic rival Hillary Clinton. The poll has a margin of error of +/- 3.9 percentage points.

(Clinton)"doubled up Trump among voters concerned about character, 58 to 26 percent.
Is that you Weiner?
Shocked to hear anything good out of SurveyUSA.

Showing Trump behind by 0.7% in NC. This poll, to the extent that it is a representative sample, is quite significant. My impression, admittedly with incomplete information, is that the poll accurately reflects reality far better than fivethirtyeight.com does.
He was never behind...
TMI. Funny but still TMI.

You see the headline about the ABC poll showing Trump in the lead...."A SLIM 2 point lead"? I understand journalism, add an adjective to everything, makes for better reading, but I just love how they editorialize in their adjectives.
Big, big news. This is one state that Trump needs.
Nate Silver right now reminds me of a market analyst assessing Enron in April 2001. “Everything looks great - very healthy chart.”
IT’S NOT OVER YET!
NC is a key state, this is good.
Keep on praying and be sure to VOTE FOR TRUMP!!! God helps those who help themselves!
Just turned off Hannity and Newt. Can’t stand the whiney nail-biting. Now, there’s more chatter of late of Trump winning popular but not electoral. Sheesh! I had to turn over to some music!
TMI
Is that the old Jesse Helms station? Good news if true
Nate silver still shows florida and north carolina light blue

I guess N C is no longer a bellwether state.
