SMOKING GUN! Wikileaks Email Shows Intent to Destroy Emails After Reports on Secret Email Server
Jim Hoft Nov 1st, 2016 11:10 am
WIKILEAKS DISCOVERS THE SMOKING GUN–
The Clinton Campaign discussed destroying email evidence after story broke nationally that Hillary Clinton had an illegal homebrew server for her emails.
On March 2, 2015 The New York Times reported that Hillary Clinton used a personal email server as Secretary of State.
On March 2, 2015 Hillary Clinton’s top aide and attorney wrote John Podesta that “we are going to have to dump all those emails.”
They are finally busted.
Congratulations, Wikileaks. You did it.

If he meant :dump: to mean”release”..Why did they erase them rather than release them?”

The very existence of an unsecure server is proof of intent.

Director Comey, here, I've done your job for you. Here is the intent. #podestaemails25 pic.twitter.com/2xYNqK4EHI MicroSpookyLeaks (@WDFx2EU7) November 1, 2016
Thank you, MSL!
The Free World owes you and your noble, courageous cohorts a great debt of gratitude. You're doing the job "public servants" -- aka, "elected American Senators, Congressmen, and LE" -- are supposed to be doing. AND FOR FREE!

Dump means either to dispose of, or move to a different location, like Huma’s computer for example.

Chris, Michelle’s twitter being wiped, etc. It really does look like the classic “rats leaving a sinking ship” thing.
And this isn’t over. We could be living in a time as significant in our history as the attack on pearl harbor, Ft. Sumpter or 1929.
Not that that is a good thing, though it will be good in many ways.

Right. Podesta instead would you use word “release” them to the public or turn them in.
To: Red Steel
Yeah. I compare it to an airplane dumping fuel.

And that is the great question...depends on what “is” is.
Open to spin.
Of course, just having to spin means you are losing.

Remember- the beginning of this year hilLIARy dissappeared for about 6 weeks
Just about the time people were questioning where she was she reappeared and nothing was said about her dissapearance.
It must have taken about that long to review and clean 30,000 emails.

At this point, their best option is a Trump victory. Then they can work to pull down President Trump, and the Clintons will slip into the background. Frankly, if Trump wins, Obama could pardon the Clintons in December, and the vast majority of Americans would breathe a sigh of relief. As a hypothetical, that might be the best course, but there is a hard question here. My own view is that American civil society, including respect for law and trust in major institutions, is disintegrating. It is important to hold the powerful to account, but if we get into the routine habit of an incoming administration launching criminal prosecutions of its predecessor, there will be hell to pay. That is end of the Republic stuff. The Democrats already routinely try to criminalize policy differences, and we have created such enormous gray areas that the senior officials of virtually any administration would be in jeopardy of prosecution by a vengeful successor. This is not compatible with the orderly transfer of power.

Too bad that Director Comey and his lapdog agents are not allowed to read the FreeRepublic.
Maybe Mrs. Comey has some extra time to give her hubby a summary of the day's events. /humor

Our constitution recommends/allows legal trials for those who commit high crimes and misdemeanors.
In discussing impeachment, it reserves that act for removal from office only and specifically says that the successful conviction of an impeachable offense only removes from office. It goes on to say that a trial in a court of law might then be necessary.
Because of that, it is impossible for a president to pardon an impeachable offense in regard to removal from office. The presidential pardon might prevent the follow-on criminal trial, but it cannot prevent the impeachment and conviction by Congress.

The spin will be that it’s not a crime because there’s nothing to show intent AFTER the congressional subpoena.
