The FBI has already established there was Top Secret Codeword information on the server. That means they have to limit access to the handful of people that have that level of clearance -- because they might encounter it.
Even in the FBI, that will only be a handful of people. By design, Codeword clearances are limited to only the people with a need-to-know, and as soon as they no longer need it, the clearance is terminated. It can be reinstated more easily than clearing a new person, but it's not as easy as "flipping a switch".

If they bring the necessary resources to bear, then vet them as fast as they can, work around the clock, then start the detailed review, they can get it done in about 3 months, then present their findings to the grand jury.
Those on the gravy train want to protect their gravy train. We truly are only a vestige of America now.
There is absolutely no good reason for the left to be playing ‘games’ with this kind of fire. None. Even if it all got whitewashed, they would run the risk that significant numbers of the electorate didn’t believe the whitewash, or that there wasn’t enough time to undo the damage this is doing to her campaign. This is a nightmare for them.

This news..this is what I was trying to say yesterday as to what the rushed warrant was all about. They’re going to do a rush search and say: nothing was found, believe us. And then they’ll have a few DOJ folks selectively leak out some examples of nothing to the press (before or after they clear her name in the press). The bad stuff will be locked away in a hole somewhere.

Comey caved and was prodded by the DoJ to make his little statement in July 'clearing' Hillary and sharing findings with Congress. Then when new evidence came forward Comey updated Congress. Comey thought ... hey you made me update Congress in July so now that things have changed I am following your previous guidance and updating Congress in October. Comey CYA? Or Comey's way of flipping the bird to the DoJ and going rogue? I have no idea. But it appears Comey is being consistent in reporting findings to Congress. Only this time it doesn't help Hillary and the dems and DoJ are probably livid.
Regardless of what Comey does or finds the Obama DoJ isn't got to do squat as far as indicting Hillary. You can take that to the bank. My guess is the DoJ will somehow browbeat Comey into making a statement before the election 'clearing' Hillary. Or if he doesn't I wouldn't be surprised if they make their own statement with or without him.
Mostly, the shredders and bit bleachers.
Because many will be found to contain Secret, TS, even SCI data.
Plus 650,000 emails. Even with 100 people cleared to review, that's 6500 each. No way to do that.
