Your question assumes that Comey didn't already have evidence of criminal activity before spiking the email case this summer. That coverup aside, rumor mill (remember NYPD has already seen the trove of emails on Huma's home devices) says there is a whole lot of damning info on Huma's devices. At the very least:
1. Huma signed a document (form 109) swearing that she no longer had possession of any confidential info upon leaving the State Dept.;
2. Huma provided a sworn deposition to Judicial Watch that she didn't have the info;
3. The home computer may contain emails that were otherwise bleachbit removed from HRC's server;
4. There is likely classified info that was accessible to perv Weiner, who definitely did not have security clearance;
5. Rumors swirling that there is enough info on the device(s) to prove obstruction of justice, lying to FBI, and you can fill in the rest. No word on whether any of this ties into pay to play between SOS and the Clinton Foundation.

Bear in mind people that Hillary created this bathroom server for no other reason than to keep what was on it FROM US!!!!
She didn’t care who else saw it but the deplorable citizens of America should not be hearing about million dollar birthday presents to former-president husband, thugs hired to beat up innocent citizens practicing their constitutional right to peaceful assembly...on and on.

There is one glitch for them, and it is this.

All this news is devastating to Hillary’s campaign, and the voters, not the lawyers, not the prosecutors, nor even the news media, will be the final arbitrators.

I live in UT. Almost everyone I know thinks this guy is a odd ball and won’t vote for him. I’d be surprised if he gets over 5%. There some butt-hurt mitt losers, but they are vastly outnumbered by reasonable people. Go Trump!
Rod, Hillary knows quite well that the matter is under investigation. You don't provide the subject(s) of the investigation with the evidence until you complete the investigation.
Hillary is playing the role she knows best, i.e., the victim. She hopes to parlay that into POTUS.

That's false. Prosecutors don't usually ask for warrants.

She says there are two investigations, the one that concluded in July, exonerating Crooked for the secret server. Comey undercut his own July conclusion in his Congressional testimony.
This new investigation is completely different. If he sits on the information, it interferes with the election, if he releases it, it interferes with the election.
Tapper tries to show Kellyanne and the campaign as flip flopping on Comey, he was a snake, now he's a good guy. Kellyanne said the criticism was on the process, and on the disconnect between the evidence and "absence of crime." What people hate is politicians getting away with breaking the law. She and her people have imperiled national security.
Tapper plays a clip of Trump supports chanting "Jew SA" to the press. Says lots of racists and misogynists support Trump, doesn't that reflect on all Trump supporters? Then Tapper says he is not saying he is remarking about all Trump supporters (why is one nut even news?). tapper says Trump gives a comfort level to this sort of people, because he does not condemn his racist fans. Kellyanne says "Yes he has." She's right, he has. what a stupid news story. Tapper is proud of bringing up the stupid, and besmirching Trump followers.
Kellyanne asks Tapper to please not besmirch Trump followers -- Tapper says he is not -- Kellyanne asks what then is the point of you bringing this up? Tapper changes the subject.
Now Trump's remark about his employees having trouble with Obamacare, even though the employees have private insurance.
"If you want to keep your doctor, you can keep your doctor" promise is brought up. Kellyanne says Crooked needs to be asked how she would deal with these. Trump has said remove interstate barrier, block-grant medicade to states.
End of that interview. End of CNN for me ...

No way the Bureau could control NYPD had it NOT acted on that info/evidence.
About this there can be no argument. I shall be quoting it frequently in my travels this week.
There is simply no way on earth that Comey would have made this move if he hadn't a monster of an engine to ride on. He already knows what's in there and the least catastrophic course of action was to inform Congress that he was reviewing the situation.
Im betting a story will break saying Trump is a pedephile serial rapist. Gloria Allred will parade 4 or 5 women out who’ll say Trump raped them when they were 12 to 15 years old. Allred will say the proof is the pending hearing against Trump scheduled for the middle of Dec, where all the women will be material witnesses against Trump. All 5 will be holding hands with Allred and crying. Story will probably break tomorrow and CNN will interview the women 24/7 right through election day
