Now, he's not stupid, and I guess we can reckon he'd know they'd leak it, but he himself did not.

Nobody LEAKED it. It was a non-confidential document sent to many, and some of them RELEASED it to the press. The word "leaked" is part of the Hillary/MSM spin to make the release sound more nefarious.
