Well, correct me if I’m wrong, but I thought a DOJ prosecutor had to ask for the warrant, not the FBI agent.
At least that’s what other FReepers were saying on the “DOJ versus FBI wants a warrant” threads last night.
Maybe its a good time to review just a little what has gone down over the past few days.
Seems the NYPD was passing time looking into the Carlos Danger files(aka Anthony Weiner--former hubby to Huma Abedin before she started sleeping with Hillary). Dems make everything complicated.the NYPD got involved After a fifteen year old that the Weiner had been chumming up turned him in.
Seems there was a bit more on the files of the jointly used Weiner/Abedin laptop than first thought. Quite a bit more!
So far we know there are over 10,k yes ladies and gents that's over 10,000 emails on there passed on to huma from huma of who knows what. Could be state dept. stuff. Could be pay to play foundation stuff. Could be lovers spats between hillary and huma. We don't know. One things for sure the FBI and the NYPD know and its big enough for Comey to come out of hiding and reopen an investigation that never really happened. Comey may have been urged by a few underlings who,in a pised off condition, may have strapped him to his office chair and water-boarded him for a few days,we don't know....
Problem is NYPD was able to get a warrant to check out Huma/Weiners laptop for the purpose of checking out just how horny Carlos Danger really was.
Now Comey has to get a warrant to find out just how corrupt huma/hillary and the entire Chicago Thugocracy are. Adding to the problems is they have to get the warrant from none other than...you guessed it lovely lorretta lynch over at DOJ. You remember loretta,The one who killed the investigation to begin with.
Lynch is a true Bitch and probably won't give them the time of day. After all she's waaay too buys having meetings with the BLM guys and gals and making sure no one keeps illegals from voting and other such fine stuff.
So that's about where we stand now.
Hillary is pulling a fast one demanding to know what is in the e-mails. Seems she can't just roll over in bed and ask huma,for some reason.....
Anyway things could get crazier but I don't know how.
Watching Georgie Steph and the talking points are the FBI investigation is new. Poor Hillary. They are making her out to be the victim...

Pence should stress the fact that Abiden has no security clearance. He should also demand that Clinton’s be pulled until the FBI invesfigation is completed.

Trump has been hitting this angle though. Pay for play, slick willie gets paid, Russia get uranium rights, Haiti, and a few other specific instances come up repeatedly at the Trump rallies, Q of the day, etc.
CNN is focused on the private server angle, which is a separate set of crimes.
Podesta says the HIllary campaign is planning to close with Trump is unfit and Crooked's vision for the country.
Asked "what did she learn," Podesta says she would not have another private server.
Tapper asks Podesta about Huma's testimony. Did Podesta ask Huma why she did not turn this over? Podesta says he thinks Huma has been completely cooperative. Podesta doesn't know what's on whatever computer Comey is talking about. Tapper says the computer is Weiner's laptop.
Is Huma still part of the campaign? Yes.
Asks about he slick willie / Lynch tarmac meeting. If slick willie hadn;t done that, would Lynch have more control? Podesta says the money line is that Lynch would accept the advice of career proseuctors, Comey said Hillary's private server conduct wasn't even close to criminal.
If the FBI is prevented from reviewing the information, then we will really have a Constitutional crisis on our hands.

I'm pretty sure a separate warrant is necessary and it has to come from Loretta Lynch. Anyone that has better info let us know.Few of us are lawyers and even fewer play them.
I once managed a shopping center (indeed I have done everything in my life) and we needed something, I forget, some kind of waiver.
The local politico helped us out and some of our tenants suggested that a nice campaign donation to the guy’s election race would be nice.
And, indeed, we did give a hundred bucks or so, nothing to break the bank.
The above is a bit of tit for tat and on some smaller level it’s not so bad. Indeed we could argue that for his intercession we want him to get elected again so there’s a common sense we all have except the Ruling class and criminals Bill and Hillary.
But the Clintons, people, there is no limit for them. They figure if you’d give a hundred bucks to get a waiver, they will ask for a couple of million!
They have no limits and they flip us the bird and indeed we do know that a hundred bucks to a campaign for a helping hand is not the same thing as a ten million birthday gift from a foreign king.
At some point, people, those Clintons HAVE GOT TO GO!
they are making a mockery of our democracy, they sneer at our common sense, they managed to manipulate and maneuver their way to a level they never should be at and America is disgusted.
Beginning, for now until proven otherwise, with the FBI...who are really probably at the end of the rope.
Sure. He wants his name on the FBI building, he was asked to apprise Congress if new evidence came available, and he did. No clue what the new evidence is, and I can;t figure out why Comey sent the notice in such a public way. Totally unethical, in the normal view of things.

Kaine claims it was an ongoing investigation [no it wasn’t] after stating the FBI director said no Prosecutor would do anything about it.
[It wasn’t ongoing, the investigation was over (and possibly being re-opened because of the evidence)].
He might have played with bats and balls, but he never played baseball.
Kaine is such an Effin liar.
Last I heard there were over 100 agents on the Clinton Fuoundtaio,CF, alone....If the hildabeast doesn’t get elected she will have to move to one of those countries without extradition. HMMMM>>..Clintons just moved 1.8 billion in CF money to Qatar,what a coincidence.....
