essage No warrant for material on Huma's laptop - DOJ possibly blocking FBI Posted by Wimp Lo online on 10/29/16 at 7:50 pm Just broke on Fox News.

"senior official" source

Honestly that sounds like the DOJ is blocking the FBI.

He said that the DOJ has not approved a warrant.

Technically it's the DOJ that goes to court and ask for a warrant.

Obviously this is why special prosecutors should be appointed. We are in a Constitutional crisis.

Upside is, all of Washington is so preoccupied gossiping they aren’t getting any “work” done (regulating, harassing private sector).

methinks this is disinformation..a warrant is obtained from a judge the US attorney already had a warrant for the devices for sexting
now why would DOJ try and stop a legitimate search? the material has probably already been copied and if they dont get a warrant because the DOJ stopped it, it will likely be on wikileaks tommorrow.

read through this : LOL

So...let me get this straight...

Hillary is calling for them to release ALL the information NOW.

And the DOJ is refusing to get a warrant for the FBI to see the information.

So tell me how that works?

Consider this.

What if the files contain info that would lead to the indictment of both obama and lynch.

Consider that.

Now we are in a crisis the nation may have never seen.

There was already a warrant in the pervert case.

Anything else found is incidental to that case and can be used for prosecution.

They don't need another warrant.

There’s the answer to the question that was axed, which one goes John Dean?

Only one, second place goes to Federal prison.

What’s happening here is that the FBI is trying to cover their arse by getting warrants to cover the stuff they found on Clinton even though they’re already protected under the inevitable discovery doctrine as long as the discovery was within the parameters of the original search warrant, and predictably, the corrupt as shite banana republic DOJ and Lynch won’t let that happen.

Someone like that would have to be hanged with a steel cable. Don’t think a regular rope would work.
