Washington (CNN)The Democratic National Committee is suing the Republican National Committee for aiding GOP nominee Donald Trump as he argues that the presidential election is "rigged," claiming that Trump's argument is designed to suppress the vote in minority communities.
The suit, filed Wednesday in US District Court in New Jersey, argues that the RNC has not sufficiently rebuked Trump for the line of attack, which he has used as a rallying cry and is assumed to be a way to explain away a potential loss on Election Day.

This law suit is the ULTIMATE height of DESPERATION by the Democraps.
Democrats repeatedly claim Russia is hacking into election computers. They can’t have it both ways.
Really? This is nothing but a nuisance suit to grab headlines in the lapdog media: The sort of thing that Gloria Allred files all the time.
The burden of proof in this lawsuit rests with the plaintiff, which is the DNC. There is no way the DNC will be able to prove Trump intends to to supress Democratic voter turnout by making “false” claims that the Democrats are engaging in voter, or electoral, fraud.
For one thing, the DNC is citing no evidence to substantiate it’s claim. On the other hand, there is plenty of evidence to support Trump’s assertion, and the DNC knows it because electoral fraud has been part of their plan all along.
The DNC is simply laying the predicate to blame Trump for “disenfranchising” Democratic voters (focusing on what most likely will be lower-than-hoped-for turnout among Blacks and Hispanics) as it is looking increasingly likely that Clinton will lose.
They can’t have it both ways.

There is consent decree from a left-wing NJ judge that the RNC agreed to in 1982, which precludes Republicans from trying to prevent voting fraud (its racist, don’t you know).
They want more than a nuisance, they want eight more years to run roughshod.

Agree with you. What desperation. The truth about voter fraud hurts them. Just like the laws for voter ID which have been passed in many states are being overturned due to “voter suppression” claims. I hope these charges do not get court approval like the voter ID overturns have.
That is truly Evil. Why would the RNC ever agree to any such thing in the first place. One side gives up its right to sue while the other still can. I would say that has the potential to create the greatest injustice of all. Disenfranchising at least half the voters in this country and forcing them to accept any illegal and unjust situation that might arise. This is just more proof the machine is truly corrupt and evil. I hope Trump lays into this action and lays the whole thing out for what it really is. Another way to steel the votes.

Trump should find a Bernie supporter to sue the DNC and fund the whole thing out of his own pocket. Or maybe Trump is now forbidden to be involved in suing the DNC as well. What an impossible situation.
The RNC and the DNC are ONE UNIPARTY working together for ONE GOAL: TYRANNY. What we have here is just more proof of collusion toward that end. I’m so thrilled all their heretofore evil is oozing out into the open. The only question is: Now what? I suspect we will be seeing even more appalling revelations from them, very shortly.
The defense to any libel or slander case is a determination that said facts are occurring and I dont think Trump is going to have any shortage of finding instances where there are Dems trying to rig the elections. In fact the evidence may be so overwhelming that their reputation is tainted forever. They have certainly become the party of grifters, cons, cheaters, liars, and deceivers under Obama’s lead.
Ah but according to post #28 Trump is not entitled to have the chance to prove anything like that.
The public court of opinion knows full well that this is just another stupid Dem tactic to distract the voters. They are doing everything they can to keep Trump voters at home, destroy their morale, and his character. It's a good thing that people have become more informed and educated as to the Dem corruption machine this election cycle. Reall bad times have a tendency to make people seek answers and with the economy in the tank the way it is and more business closings and people out of work being divested of all of their savings with runaway (hidden) inflation and a seeming increasing socialistic, anti-God, anti-Constitutional environment being installed right under their own noses that is destroying their lives and morale they are ready to see someone rip this anti-American 8 years of the worst presidency from the pages of history and take us back to a time when there was more security and stability. Real Americans see the only solution is a Trump win. Hillary will send us straight to Hell.
