Wikileaks: Obama threatened Justice Roberts to change his vote on Obamacare
Youtube.com ^ | Oct. 18, 2016 | Josh Bernstein

Summary:

Chief Justice John Roberts was threatened by Obama to change his vote on Obamacare according to new details in John Podesta's wikileaks emails. Also, Podesta wished a white guy named Chris Hayes was the shooter in San Bernardino instead of the Muslim Sayeed Farouk. 3 days before Antonin Scalia's death Podesta talked about "wet works" which is a KGB term for assassination. Obama was in on the emails and knew about it which is why he insulated himself from prosecution by appointing Loretta Lynch and keeping James Comey as FBI Director. All groping stories have been proven false through wikileaks.

No need for it to have been a physical threat. Simple implied threat of exposure of wrongdoing would have been sufficient. Such a vulnerability could well have been why W nominated him. Surely the Bush/Clinton liberal crime syndicate would not have wanted a Chief Justice actually acting on conaervative principles.

Post #13 is accurate. The pardon stops the process of indicting her at this point. No trial. It ends. Finished.

But, those people who were harmed, The Foundation etc. I don’t see how you can exempt her from the laws she broke with the Foundation. The emails, the server are small potatoes.

Still, you watch, he will pardon her. They have a deal. She has a lot of dirt on the guy to be sure.

These are nasty nasty people. The podesta emails tell us that.

He can give Hillary a blanket pardon.

But he cannot pardon her for future actions.

Its a serious breach of judicial ethics for a judge to have any conversations about a pending case outside the courtroom.

“Ex Parte,
An ex parte decision is one decided by a judge without requiring all of the parties to the controversy to be present. In Australian, Canadian, U.K., South African, Indian and U.S. legal doctrines, ex parte means a legal proceeding brought by one person in the absence of and without representation or notification of other parties. It is also used more loosely to refer to improper unilateral contacts with a court, arbitrator or represented party without notice to the other party or counsel for that party.”

If Roberts privately discussed the case with Obama, he needs to be impeached.

“The emails read about Obama applying political pressure on Roberts, saying that the Supreme Court will lose popular political support if they do not uphold obamacare.”

If Roberts discussed the ongoing case with Obama privately, that is a serious ethical violation on Roberts part. He can be impeached. Ex parte activity is a clear violation.

“The threat doesn’t have to be physical”

It doesn’t even have to be a threat. It can be a discussion of how the case should proceed or be decided. No threat or bribe needed. He is not allowed to do this and he knows it.

I’ve been thinking about this a couple days... TRUMP should announce that if he wins he will give Hillary a full pardon.

This will accomplish several things...

makes Trump look like the alpha and her lesser than he
reassures fence voters that she will not be persecuted
make it look like he is putting the country ahead of politics
helps him with women voters.

If this is true, 0-care should be considered invalid and suspended pending investigation. Obama or any of those that took part would be guilty of making threats to a federal official in order to facilitate a favorable decision. I would think that these are high criminal offenses. If 0bama pardoned these people for these offenses, that would be an admission that this crime had been committed against the Supreme Court and the people.
Can 0bama pardon himself? If not, I would think that the people, that is anyone that has suffered under 0bamacare, would have standing to sue 0bama.

Not so sure it helps. It might alienate much of his base, make them think he is part of the establishment.

Many are in the mood for punishment to be meted out, even if it will not happen because of and Obama pardon.

Yeah, but don’t tell her the Pardon will be when he leaves office in 2024.

Don't forget ValJar, the Iranian Lizard Queen!

I am reminded of something our Travis McGee wrote in his short-story, "What I Saw at the Coup". It's a couple of lines near the end...

The President has gone with the wind, and he is still a relatively young man, nearly a decade younger than me. I have no doubt that he will eventually turn up somewhere in the developing world, someplace tropical and near the ocean, a land where the call of the muezzin is heard at sunset. A place where he will be admired for striking many hard blows at the Great Satan.

Even though the situation in the story isn't the same, I believe it could be prophetic.

I am going to bet on several things, if the Wikileaks stuff is able to stick and it looks like Trump is going to win on election night.

The Clintons will leave the country and seek asylum.

0bama will issue a Presidential pardon to them.

Trump had better have the best Secret Service Protection we the people can give him.

"Murdering Vince Foster... would that be a Federal crime?
What about the fraudulent Clinton Foundation and
their money grabs?"

The death of Vince Foster supposedly occurred on federal
property so federal law will apply.
Now the Clinton Foundation is something else.

I'm not sure where it's headquarters are but it seems
that state laws will apply to its operations. Especially
if it's funneling money to support Hillary and Bill's
lifestyles, along with Chelsea's. I bet many income tax
laws have been broken, both Federal and State.

I think Trump should make Obama pardon her, even if he knows Obama will. It will be a huge blemish on Obama’s record, at the least.

Can you hear Hillary behind closed doors if Trump says he will pardon her for he many crimes? “That son of a bitch is gonna pardon ME?” She might stroke out.

Not so. Ford pardoned Nixon who had not been convicted of anything.

To Obama, it would be a plus. See how kind hearted and merciful he was to a political rival, when she was being persecuted by those evil conservatives!
