Donald Trump promised to sue every single woman who accused him of sexual misconduct after the election is over, and blamed the media for using the allegations to attack his campaign.
"Every woman lied when they came forward to hurt my campaign, total fabrication. The events never happened, never," he said during a rally in Gettysburg, Pa., on Saturday.

I am pretty sure he can prove easily both that they were lies and that they were published with malice, i.e., the intent to destroy his reputation and thus to deprive him of a fair election.
Yep. Just wait for discovery when we can find out about Hillary's campaign communicating with these beotches providing the animus and malice to try to take down his campaign.

Probably provable, if accusations are false. Agree that media outlets are exposed (malice can easily be proven) and all who are sued will have to spend time and money to defend themselves. I expect that the lawsuits will be very public and brand damage to media companies could be staggering to public companies.
I saw it and it was heart-lifting. I pray God will intervene and bless Donald Trump and give us an election that will have pundits blowing their heads off.....(not literally unless they want to)........;)

It’s about time. I have never understood why others such as Clarence Thomas have never taken this route. With what we have seen and what they uncover the DNC and its ilk should be either arrested or sued for inciting these attacks and more to disrupt the Election.

Screw Fox! We bought their bull$hit lies about “fair and balanced,” and helped them build their network. Now that we know the “real truth,” we can be the driving force to put them out of business.

And since the events occurred prior to his becoming a “public figure,” the fact that he’s president when the suits are filed has no bearing.
If they lied and were motivated by politics to do so; that established malice.
Seeing her “go home in a barrel,” is a gruesome thought.
Trump is a public figure and will need to show the lies were knowingly false. As those lies were made for politics, he will win any such case by proving same.
IIRC, something in the WikiLeaks showed Allred scheming with Clinton campaign many months ago to get the ball rolling to fabricate accusations by females if Trump won.
