Looks inadvertent. Seems to me she may have been thinking wikileaks but her mouth said Wikipedia and she simply didn’t realize. Such mistakes are commonly made by most people and is not convincing evidence she doesn’t know the difference between the two.
Much of her constituency is white and college educated. A machine runs Houston. She’ll be there as long as they want her there.

She actually got both the Russian part and the Wikipedia part wrong. As we know the claim that Wikileaks is a Russian operation is totally unsubstantiated and blatant Obama/Hillary propaganda.

She represents the best that Dallas has to offer. Why would any honest business locate there, it’s just slightly better than Chicago. Even the baseball and football teams had enough sense to get out of that county.

Btw I have been making it by business to “test” folks in the politic (out of context) on a few things to she how much people really know about stuff _we_ think is important.
The reality is most people don’t what Wikipedia or Wikileaks is if they are over the age of 50.
Wasn't she the one who wanted to know if the flag the astronauts left on Mars was still there?
Putin doesn’t need to stoop so low as to rebut, or even notice, Sheila Jackson Lee.
She wanted to change hurricane name to more AA sounding name.
