Jurors in the University of Virginia defamation trial heard former Rolling Stone reporter Sabrina Rubin Erdelys extensive taped interviews of fake gang-rape victim Jackie on Friday including an exchange in which Jackie displayed a tattoo she got to brand herself as a survivor.
Did it ever occur to you that someone would get a tattoo on their body to commemorate a sexual assault that didnt happen? Rolling Stone defense lawyer Scott Sexton asked of the tattoo, described as a womens symbol with a fist, a rose, and the word unbreakable.

Do they plan to show the tatoo in court...or just talk about it?
I know a woman who injured herself deliberately, called the cops, and accused her husband when they arrived. He had just gotten home from work and had no idea what was happening.
So yes, a woman getting a tattoo to tell a false tale is entirely possible.
The most popular tattoo screwup I’ve seen seems to be “No Regerts”.
I saw one guy who had a checkerboard tattooed on his face. How drunk do you have to be to do that?
I’m thinking a lot of mental illness was involved in that story, so getting a tattoo is nothing.
That be he. Yes, very drunk.
I recall the very old democrat socialists of America website displayed a hand with a rose it it. Ick. Frigging communists!
Women who get tattoos abandon feminity. It’s disgusting.
He had the tatoo done en passant.
He had a very checkered past.
It was no picnic!
Any more I've overlooked?
Regards,
What gets me is that large complicated tats are not cheap and take a number of sessions to complete. Yet I see people with these tats at the store with their welfare cards all the time or at the intersection with a ‘homeless’ sign.
Agreed. The "victim's" story reads like borderline schizophrenia. "Rolling Stone" is so desperate to promote its particular brand of bigotry that its editors didn't perform any fact checking on this story.
These ppl and there are MANY of them , have no conscience.
What woman would get a tattoo to celebrate her own rape.
Its like getting a tattoo of a dead child, or a tattoo of the scales of justice to commemorate her divorce.
But, then, I can’t imagine anything other than a drunken night of shore leave that would motivate a tattoo of any kind for myself.
I like the detail at the end of the story. The “victim” didn’t even take the trouble to get the frat’s letters correct: “Jackie seems to call it Chi Phi, Chi Psi, Pi Phi rarely, if ever, the correct name.”
Sometimes simple is best:
LOL
The cost of a tattoo is small compared to the payout from a big lawsuit.
The tat that screams, “Hunka hunka burnin’ love right here, check me out ladies!”
I see that “ Jackie” Coakley is still given the undeserved respect of having her last name withheld by the MSM...because in their minds. “ something still must have happened”
This was a 100% hoax perpetrated on the good name of UVA and one of it’s fraternities. 100% ..nothing happened to her. It is even worse than the Duke lacrosse scandal because while nobody was charged with rape in the UVA hoax, in the Duke matter the lacrosse team did have a party and hired the whore to shake that thing.
